Lousy service. One guy on phone, other guy at register. Not sure to ask to look up part. Completely ignored, only other customer in store walks in and immediately gets asked «can I help you?» Meanwhile I stood there with a jug of oil in my hand patiently waiting. Won’t go back.

Zach is awesome and very knowledgeable; I went in here not expecting much help but Zach helped me and even gave me information I was unaware of. Talk about superb customer service!

Customer service! Wow! Zack, an employee at Oreilly, noticed that I had a broken tail light as I was driving past the store from his car and told me while stopped at a nearby light. As soon as I pulled in the lot, he met me with proper replacement bulb and tools and instructed me on how to replace. Thank you Zack!!! All this and today was his day off!!! Where else do you get this kind of customer service???

These guys really go out of their way to help you out. I needed to check an error with a computer they had, they hooked it up and printed out the report for me for free! I love this place!
