Project MOVE

Not just a place where you come to take care of yourself, but a place you come to get taken care of. Amazing coaches, genius doctors, outstanding facilities. Everything you need and more. Turf, rage cage, yoga, sports performance, mobility and recovery room… you need it… they have it.

Different than any other training facility in its class. Kind and patient coaches, yoga instructors, and doctors. Huge indoor turf for sport specific conditioning (including kids fitness) and clean showers/​locker facilities. I am stoked to have this place in our community.

This isn’t your average «box»
Their website tab says «Colorado’s Dream Gym» and they aren’t lying. I was looking for a new gym. On my wish list was:
1. Approved by my chiropractor
2. Crossfit
3. Yoga
4. A full locker room with showers.
About 2 weeks later, my chiropractor, Dr. Spallone called to invite me to the open house for a new gym he was partnering with. Needless to say I showed up and my expectations were exceeded. My wishlist was completely fulfilled and then some. Yoga, Crossfit, indoor turf, nice equipment, clean locker rooms, and showers! But let’s talk about the stuff that no other CrossFit place can buy…
Coaching! The coaches at Project MOVE are world class. Knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. I was out of shape and was really feeling my age. From day one the coaches at Project MOVE helped me scale the workouts to challenge me while keeping within my physical limits. Every day I go I find myself less limited. :)
Community. I’ve been to other gyms where they claim to want to build a community. People are really friendly here. I’m always greeted with a smile and a «Hey E.!» when I get to class. This really helps me get my butt in the gym. A big change from sideways glance received at a certain «big box» gym i reviewed on here on Unilocal.But back to Project Move. I’m always a little shy about the post workout high fives, but man it feels good to get acknowledgement from someone who just did the workout in half the time and twice the weight. That is one of the things that keeps me coming back. People are only competitive with themselves. They’ll acknowledge the effort you put in without judging or comparing and they’re genuinely happy to see you when you come.
The last bit I want to mention is RESULTS! If you show up, and you give your best effort, you will see progress. You’ll feel better, your clothes will fit better, and you’ll even sleep better. The positivity that is happening here will spread into the rest of your life if you let it.
I’ve been rambling like a crazed person, so I’ll leave you with this. Project MOVE is Awesome. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. They have free classes so you can try them out and see for yourself. DO IT!
