An absolutely fantastic gym! Not only do they offer ²⁴⁄₇ access to the gym, they also offer many types of self defense classes! The head Krav Maga instructor is also a sergeant of Englewood PD and his instructors that work for him are also law enforcement officers. Also the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are headed up by Professor Seth Rodenbaugh who is not only a brown belt under Relson Gracie (of the Gracie family out of Brazil) he is also a decorated army veteran. You know what the best part is? The price for full membership just cannot be beat! Ive trained at multiple gyms across the city and I am proud to say this is a top notch facility!!!

This place is Spectacular!
I went here for the Brazilian Ju Jitsu strictly for Seth R. He is the most incredible and inspiring instructor in all of Colorado!
He knows his stuff well more than majority of black belts that I have trained under for ages!
He will make your Ju Jitsu game 100x what it use to be! Motivational inspirational and honestly such a good person!
Thank you Seth for teaching here!
