Well, we had an awful experience. We found a prom dress near the close of business and the Owner took name and number to hold for 24 hours. We left about 5:45 one night to return at 3:30 next day to find out dress had been sold… Seriously! My daughter was in tears! We were NEVER told nor asked to leave any type of deposit to secure. My daughter felt that it was «her» dress. Not only that, the owner conveniently dips into back room to leave the lady working the front take the heat! I rarely get that frustrated but my daughter was in tears! Oh so then the lady in the front offers to go ahead and help us out and order a new dress for her! Boyfriend calls chews out manager and THEN she offers 10% off. HAHAHA really? So we came home, looked up the dress online, found another Bridal store that can order for us at a price that is the same as her 10% off! What a deal, Soignee! Turns out your prices are higher than the other stores around! So thankful my daughter turned down becoming a Débutante and we don’t have to deal with this boutique anymore! Oh and for the record owner took my call, had TONS of excuses of what happened and proceeded to hang up on my daughter! Two sides to every story but people, shop around! There are MUCH friendly places and better prices out there for the same dresses!

The owner Diane is amazing! Her store is wonderful with elegant, sexy, and fashionable dresses. She has just about every dress for every occasion. Short, long, Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaids, Bride, that special evening out with your significant other, little red dress, little black dress, Prom, Homecoming, dresses for Galas, Events, and Holiday parties. She keeps up with the latest trends and if anything she’s ahead of them! She also sells jewelry and other things that go great with dresses and the everyday style.

Just to let you know. She doesn’t give her tailor work but handing you a card. The dress probably didn’t fit you. And you probably shouldn’t have shopped there you probably have no style or class. The owner is not pushy at all. You probably took FOREVER to look and try on dresses. Hopefully you learn to not write reviews that are mean and hurtful cuz I think total opposite of the owner. You must have had a bad day.

TIP: Rent the Runway is now so popular that you will likely show up at an event in the same gown as someone else. YUCK. However, Soignee maintains a ‘dress registry’ so that girls from the same school (Prom, for example) are saved from that humiliation. PRICELESS!
