I was extremely disappointed with service (or lack there of) from this Supper Solutions store. I am a single dad (widower) with three kids and was hoping to use this place to help me with dinners. First — I had a very hard time getting them to answer their phone. I called them many many times during business hours and only one time did they answer their phone and that was because I was standing outside of the store (door was locked but they were inside working). They saw me calling so must have felt compelled to answer the phone (this was the only time anyone answered the phone when I called). Second — I bought a Groupon coupon that on the last day that it was good they wouldnt honor it as the deal stated. I e-​mailed Groupon and got my $ 50 back since Supper Solutions wasn’t holding up to their end of the deal (Groupon is great! They gave me my money back without a problem) Third — Supper Solutions was not helpful at all when I did talk to someone. Fourth — They are very slow to answer their e-​mails, which is frustrating when they aren’t answering their phone and their door is locked! Fifth — It is very frustrating to me that they don’t post any hour of operation on their website or on the store. I guess they want an appointment… very inconvenient for someone who drives across town and shows up expecting them to be open during business hours.
This is a lame business in my opinion and I will shop elsewhere for my dinner time needs.
