I happen to love Panera Bread and this location is the closest to my house and I am very grateful for that! This specific location at the Forum is always clean and fully stocked. I have ordered online a few times and the order is always correct and on time. I love the new touch screen system that they just installed too because it lets me play with my order and pick and choose different items!

Quick service && great quality food! We ordered two sandwiches, a salad and soup to go and it all tasted great and was made perfectly!

Simply awful service. I just went in for my first and last visit. I asked for a bagel, just for them to say that they were out, so I asked for a parfait and an iced coffee. After paying, they said that they are out of granola. I didn’t ask for a refund because the girl didn’t seem confident in what she was even doing in the first place. I then get my half filled cup of yogurt and proceed to get my coffee, just to realize that the iced coffee was out! Terrible service and a staff that couldn’t seem to care less.

Lukewarm tomato soup, stale grilled cheese sandwich, I wondered if there was even any cheese in it. I should call it a grilled bread sandwich. Weak tea both sweet and unsweet and a «bready» chocolate croissant. I think croissants should be light, flakey, buttery — no this was heavy and bread-like. All for $ 13 — I’m questioning a return.

Two teaspoons of cheese for French onion soup? Two bites into a steak sandwich without meat being bitten into? Miss in two accounts. Pastries are good, as is the flavored tea. But this is a misfire visit.

Always excellent service. Granted, I only visit during breakfast hours. The food is what you would expect from a Panera, but consistent. Coffee is always fresh and robust. Kind and attentive staff.

I’ve had inconsistent service at Panera, Selma, TX in the past. But today it was very good, despite the rush the counter personnel were friendly and even patient even after I mistakenly ordered from the breakfast menu in the afternoon. Our food order was up relatively quickly. My flat bread tomato and provolone was pretty good. It had a sauce on it that was a bit too tangy but that is just personal preference, it was still tasty despite. They did goof up my coffee order though, I ordered a hot mocha and was given a cold mocha. It as completely understandable however in consideration that it is sunny and in the mid eighties today. Who drinks hot coffee on a hot day? But no harm no foul, got a free chilled mocha along with my hot mocha. Extra caffeine! Who can complain about that?

Adequate and average in all ways. Except their coffee — the coffee sucks.

My first time here and it’s great! Kilee was super helpful in taking my order. The food tastes great, and didn’t take long at all to make! I think I found a new favorite restaurant! Everybody looks like they actually enjoy working here!

Very disappointing experience today. Ordered 3 French onion soups with half steak and cheddar sandwiches. Food came out quick, but soup was almost room temperature and sandwiches barely had any meat. One sandwich has almost NO meat. Our bill was almost $ 40 and I feel so cheated. To top it all off I can’t even connect to wifi here to post this review.

Never thought I would be a fan of Panera Bread. I use to hate on it but now I am a big fan of this place. I owe it to my girl friend, sister and mom. They would always want to come here. And I’m like why? Well I have learned to love why. Panera Bread is good quality food. If you want quality bistro type food for a reasonable price this is the place for you. In order to do this you must order the pick 2 special. The pick 2 selections are extensive; I never have trouble picking from this menu. The service is on point. No dedicated waiter service but people walk around to check on the tables and take away your used dishes. PB restaurants are well kept, this one is no exception. Food: A Selection: A Atmosphere: B(It can get uncomfortably crowded) Price: A Service: A

First time. The pick 2 options are confusing. Serving size was too small on all items ordered. The people were very nice, which is worth at least two stars. Got their green tea, which tasted like it had no actual tea in it, very artificial. Our order was wrong on two counts, and they almost forgot to put the bread bowls in our to go bag. The sourdough is very good. Prices are too expensive for such a very small serving size, I just can’t get over that so I can’t give it more than two stars. Great people working there, the manager guy and the cashier Zoe were very nice and helpful.

Great service! Accidentally got grilled cheese vs Mac & Cheese for my autistic nephew and when he spoke up about the mistake the server ran back before we even asked and got him a serving of Mac & Cheese. Extremely prompt, proactive and compassionate(especially given I’m not sure the mix up was really their fault). Thanks for making it a smooth and pleasant experience!

I loveLoveLOVE eating a meal at a «fast food“ish joint from decent ceramic dishware.. High fives, Pantera! Bread bowls are my second favorite food-delivery vehicle, and they absolutely nail that as well. I’m currently addicted to wrapping my carb vessel around potato soup, and filling a regular bowl with butternut squash ravioli(the arugula is an absolute perfect garnish there — make each other shine in divine symbiosis!). And the cranberry-orange-vanilla muffins are the best thing to come out of their bakery case, evar. Chai lattes are my fave bevvie — eclipsing even their PSL offering — but I really wish they had some dairy– alternative fake milks with which to make them. .almond or coconut milk availability would get them 5 stars in my book.

I’m so glad I can come to a place where I can pay $ 10 for freaking soup and salad and bread! Extra for a drink, as well!

Food/Taste: A I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo which consists of smoked turkey breast, applewood-smoked bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomatoes and their signature sauce on whole wheat bread with a french baguette and vanilla cupcake. Selection: A What’s nice about Panera is that every few months they go thru and revamp the menu and move new items in and maybe slower traction items out. This location had a nice selection of baked goods around 2−3pm when we arrived, whereas a lot of locations I visit are half-empty by this time. Service: C My order took in excess of 15 minutes to arrive and they ended up putting my sandwich on a bagel which does’t even make sense, but because I was on a lunch break at work, I did not have time to wait for them to remake the order. As stated above I also ordered a baguette and declined chips and I still received chips. Price: B For the portions of food, the prices are fair. Final Thoughts: Panera now offers online ordering for it’s San Antonio locations!

Average Panera fare, but I enjoy their food so no complaints. This one also seemed to have a nice feel to it.

I always feel good about myself when I come here. It is one of the few places around here that sell healthy foods. People here are always very helpful and service is fast. I do think they ran out of items really fast compared to some of the other Panera I’ve been to. One time I was there at noon and they had already ran out of my favorite soup, the garden vegetable soup. I was disappointed because they rotate their soups and that soup is not always on the menu. That’s probably the reason why when they did offer it, it ran out so fast. They also don’t really offer you an option of chips/apples/bread all the time if you order the half/half may be because those items also tend to ran out? I’m not sure. Otherwise the food is always delicious and reasonably priced for a healthy meal.

Yum! I had the half sandwich and soup combo which came with your choice of chips or apple. Filling and relatively healthy lunch for less than $ 8! They also list the calorie counts on their menus which is a huge plus in my book! We went during the lunch rush but my food was ready in less than 5 minutes and there were still several tables available for dining in. The staff was courteous and helpful. They cleared our dishes almost immediately after we had finished eating. I’m definitely coming back!
