If you enjoy the finer things and can afford to spend a little more on clothing made in Italy, this is your store. I recently discover Brunello Cucinelli while visiting Neiman Marcus and loved the clothing but was in a bit of sticker shock when I saw how much this well made clothing cost. I started to google them and to my surprise found this outlet located right here in the East Bay. I went in and purchased last years collection and a pretty hefty discount. Very pleased that this outlet location carries quality higher end designers. Be prepared, it’s still expensive but a lot less then at the Retail stores. Very clean and well merchandised store.

While the store and clothing are gorgeous, my friend and I entered today to find 3 salespeople who were more engrossed in their own conversation than offering assistance. When we had a question it was almost too much trouble for them to bother with us. There was also an arrogance and snobbery about the salespeople that was beyond rude, rude, rude. They need a lesson in customer service and quite frankly all 3 tonight deserve to be fired!

Absolutely beautiful store inside and out. The associates are extremely friendly and know what they are talking about. The clothes are incomparable, there is nothing like them out. The fabrics are one of a kind and made with true quality and care. The store is very clean and always smells nice. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is searching for quality product while receiving impeccable customer service along the way!
