I placed an order on 3−31−16 for some quick couplers. The item was not in stock. so instead of calling me, they canceled half of my order, and then sent me a $ 2.00 item(s) with a $ 5.00 shipping charge., that I really did not need(was just buying extra as spares). On 4−19−16 the original item was back in stock,(Lynn did call to inform me) so I re-ordered the items(2) only to receive a generic version, that would not work for my application. I spoke to Lynn and she said she would send a pre-paid return address label(I do not know why the label was just not emailed to me). Lynn did«not» even mention that she would even try to get me the parts I wanted… so. here it is 5−8−16 I do not have the parts I wanted. This has been a huge waste of my time. I am just going to place my order with«Sprinkler Warehouse» and avoid the B.S.
