Every time I come here, which is a lot because I work close by, the staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. They also have huge sales and a wide selection of merchandise. They’re one of my favorite stores.

For a factory outlet store, they have a great selection of items and even better promos! I came on Easter, and although the outlet was busy, the store was still well organized with everything neatly folded. Everything was 50% off! Men’s, women’s, and children’s were all on sale.
The customer service is more like self — service. I was greeted once and was never assisted afterwards. I returned another day and had to interrupt two ladies, who didn’t allow a second of silence during their conversation about another employee, for a room. Oh well, I didn’t mind carrying a bunch of clothes around the store for 10 mins before finally getting a room started.
