It has been a pleasure to work with Janet for several years! I book individual sessions with Janet, plus have taken her group classes and attended her Divine Healing Clinics, too. She provides excellent instruction on grounding technique, running energy, meditation and overall spiritual awareness. I love how she makes me feel welcome with her kind and gentle demeanor. After sessions or classes, I always leave with new insight.

I’ve always wanted to learn how to meditate and Janet has a wonderful technique called The Mother Earth Meditation. She is very knowledgeable and makes us go thru 1 hour of meditation very smoothly. It’s so hard to unwind, our minds are always so busy and stressed out with the every day chatter and worries.
But it’s so important to let go, relax and meditate every day.
Thanks to Janet I’m able to follow her instructions at home and meditate by myself. However, it’s very nice to take her classes, she has the most soothing voice and makes us feel very comfortable. I love it!
Janet is very intuitive and has great insight in spirituality. She is able to feel our energy and help us with whatever it is that is out of balance. A wonderful life coach and spiritual counselor like her is very hard to find.
