Nine West Outlet

Love the shoes but the associates can be extremely rude. Went in recently and one employee who I had never seen before seemed really annoyed at some of my questions, asked for her name and she just stared at me until she finally said «Jennifer» And rolled her eyes at me. The other employees were just talking amongst themselves not helping anyone or greeting customers. These girl are clearly in high school and have a lot of maturing to do.

I love the organization of the bags. There was no one in store but the associates were just conversating amongst themselves. I almost felt unwelcomed and awkward. And in retail that is HORRIBLE!!! The purses were decent and the styles were fine.

Really nice store with lots to choose from. Ended up buying more than I went in for. Shoes, purse, dress, lots of tops there is a lot of choice here.
It was super busy and long lines to pay.

Just came here to browse last Sunday. It was late morning, around 11 a.m. I was with my sister and we just wanted to look around. No other customers were there — just the two of us. The deals seemed good to me but I wasn’t planning on buying shoes or wristlets or bags. We were there for at least ten minutes and nobody greeted us or asked if we had any questions. We even browsed right next to the cash register and the two employees kept talking to themselves. The selection seemed ok to me and maybe if I was going to buy something I could give more feedback.

My friends and I visited Paragon Outlets in Livermore for Black Friday. Although we arrived at mid-​afternoon, our plan to avoid the BF shopping rush failed miserably as we hit 40 minutes of traffic trying to exit the highway and find parking. Luckily, the location provided ample parking space!
My plan was to buy boots, a purse, a clutch, and an infinity scarf. Half of said items were bought here :) They had decent boots on sale, although the moderately priced boots ($ 40 – 70) had poor support, were not waterproof, or were not that attractive. I ended up finding a gray side purse, the last of its kind in the store. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a tag, and since it was the only one left, it caused a little bit of chaos for the staff member I had asked to help me. After 10 minutes, she managed to scour the item inventory and quoted my purse for $ 29.99. With the BF sale, it was half off for $ 15. I had also found a blue pen mark on the inside that didn’t look easily removable, and the staff member gave me an additional 10% discount! A cute new purse for $ 13.50?! I must have died and gone to heaven. The staff member was incredibly helpful and personable albeit her long shift and the high volume of BF customers, and it made for an incredibly enjoyable shopping experience.
I also bought a small nude color clutch for nighttime outings, originally priced at $ 19.99 and reduced to $ 10. It fits my iPhone, yay!
