St John Outlet

LOVE this store. On my 1^st visit I was greeted two separate times by Maggie and the store manager. The ambiance is calm and peaceful. Found some fabulous pieces as soon as I walked in and they started a room right away and offered champagne while I shopped.
I’ve always admired St John but felt the designer catered to a more mature woman. But after really shopping the collections, it’s about how you put pieces together (and the right shoes). St John has a timeless classic look of a lady. I’m talking Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly. Who doesn’t want to look classy at any age. Yes they do sell knit pants but its not polyester! It’s a very fine woven wool or wool blend. And there’s nothing «geriatric» about a well fitted knit dress or pencil skirt. St John also carries beautiful silk pieces that add a pop of color and complement your knit outfit.
Once you’ve become a customer, you are well taken care of. When I come in, I’m always offered wine or a refreshment. I’ve received a thank you note from Maggie and she continues to check in with me via text to see how I’m enjoying my outfits. She also emails me links where I can view their upcoming line and keeps me posted on future sales. Again, love this store.

Maggie is fantastic! I love shopping after she sends me emails with things I love! The only negative is parking. I also love being a VIP shopper I always get tips on when to buy

I love this place! The store makes you feel like you are in the boutique. It’s clean neat and they offer you water while you shop. The store manager is Amazing! She is honest and well knowledge able about the brand! If you are looking for St. John go here!!!

Went in not expecting much. Yes, the styles are for mature people but you can find some great jackets with a modern twist. I was looking at the sales rack and this lovely Asian women showed me this black jacket that was very modern. I tried it on and it fit great and was on sale! I kept telling her I cannot believe the price. I wanted to buy more colors but they were out of my size. It was a great bargain. It was about 80 or 90% off retail. Next time I am in the area I will make sure to drop by.

I was initially ignored by an Asian lady and she looked me in the eye and immediately went to assist someone else. I was offended and suddenly Jennifer (store manager) observed what happened and ask to help me. Store manager was leaving for the evening with coat on and handbag read to leave. Jennifer was so nice and assisted me when I was so ready to leave this store. I was in search for a formal gown and a friend suggested I look at St. John clearance rack. Jennifer took good care of me and I was very happy. Not sure if they are on commission, but Asian lady missed out on my store purchase.

Went into the St. John store over the weekrnd. The girls in the store could not be more helpful. I was going back and forth on 1 item so they held it for me while I shopped around. Agree that most of the styles are for older woman, but there are a few staples in there that won’t ever go out of style.
Give the sales ladies 5 stars. There is no pressure and they give honest feedback.

Jaqueline was very professional and friendly. There was another lady who was tall with short, dark hair and was also very friendly and helpful.
I agree that St. John’s design steer more toward the older market and in retail, you will find more modern styles. I always love their knit and quality and have to look at their more modern styles because yes, the cut and style was too conservative. At the outlet, you would expect to have similar inventory and of course less modern styles but they are present. Yes, You do need to spend some time searching for the more modern styles while getting the nice outlet sale price.

They do carry what seems to be the genuine article… but oh man… in retail there are currently some more modern styles… this store has only the seriously geriatric stuff. A no go in my book… at any price!
