Been here for a pedicures and they have done a good job. I like the fact that it is kept clean and tidy(huge deal for me). Friendly staff. Would definitely come back again

I dropped my girlfriend Jenn off here to get her nails done and she was not pleased at all. There was no wait without an appointment which was great — however, after a few minutes it was clear why the place was empty. The lady doing the gel manicure could barely file nails correctly. Jenn requested square shaped nails and that they be trimmed a little. It took a long time for the lady to trim and file. She asked Jenn a couple times if the shape looked okay — one still ended up being misshaped. When we started to become impatient, another lady took over which speeded up the process. She applied the actual polish, did a hand massage etc. It seemed as though the first lady had very minimal experience.

I’ve been in here twice for a pedicure. No appointment, no waiting. Salon is brand new along with everything in it. Chairs are super comfy. My toes look pretty and because it is a new salon they are running a special for $ 18.

I went the first day they opened and they weren’t too prepared. The place was still very dusty from construction and the hot water heater wasn’t working so there was no hot water for my pedi. I went in requesting a mani/pedi. The man who did my pedi didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The way he cleaned up my toes was a lil different than what I’m used to. The massage was ok. Then the polish… I think my 3 yr old could have done better. I also had a cut on my knee that he kept hitting, very odd, and scrubbed the sea salt into, ouch! After the pedi I decided I didn’t want to spend the money on a mani. A month later I decided to give it another try since I had gone in on opening day. Went in for a mani/pedi and the girl who did my pedi was from another salon in Livermore that I always went to but stopped because of her. She doesn’t have the best customer service with the way she talks to you. The massage lasted a total of 1.5 minutes which I was very disappointed because that is my favorite part. The polish job looked so so, a lil sloppy but oh well. Then another lady did my mani. Everything was ok until I went home and took a shower that night when half the polish came off. I’ve never had polish come off so quick. Maybe the polish is cheap? I don’t know. Total cost was $ 30 for mani/pedi. The salon is next to a liquor store where many people were outside smoking cigarettes and the smell kept coming into the salon. After two not to happy experiences there I decided I’m done giving them a try and thought I’d write a review so others are aware.
