Since Ralph Lauren is one of my favorite designers, this was my first stop while visiting the outlets. I had a great experience while shopping at this store. I can’t believe all the negative reviews concerning the customer service. I received some of the best customer service while I was here! In fact, it’s what prompted me to write this review to begin with. The Store: This store is a really good size with a great selection of clothes for men and women. They had plenty of jeans, shirts, sweaters, underwear and sports wear! Plus the usual accessory items. I spent a good amount of time just looking around at all the different styles and options I had to choose from. I found some great jeans and when I couldn’t find my size, an employee offered help(with an iPad search) and advised that they could have one delivered to me. Very nice! The Staff: The staff was courteous and very pleasant to speak with. They were very friendly and seemed genuine. One employee even stopped and asked if we were aware of an online coupon to save an additional 15% on the top of my overall sale. I think I counted about five employees here who were more than happy to assist me if needed and asked if I was doing ok. If they did have any problems in the past, seems like they are definitely on the right track now! Bottom Line: This is the best experience I had while shopping at the outlets and I would recommend anyone to stop in and take a look! You will like the staff and the selection. from one of the best high end brands around!

I’m not sure why I fought traffic & searched for a parking spot just to be ignored by your employees. Three of them to be exact. They were so busy putting out merchandise that I felt as though I was in their way. Even after bumping into me, no one asked if I need any assistance. If it wasn’t for the fact that my kids like your stuff, I’d shop elsewhere.

The selection of clothes here is great if you are able to catch it at the right time and when they have a massive sale. Be aware of shady pricing though. I bought a bunch of sale/clearance items which were supposed to be an additional 40% off — come to find out the cashier has the discretion to mark or unmark this discount and needs to manually input it for every single item?! One of my sale items was not marked 40% off. I’m not being cheap here, but if you have big gigantic signs to entice people into your store for 40% off — shouldn’t you have a system that doesn’t deceive them when they pay? All the other outlets have everything automatically priced once scanned — but not Polo… AND they will argue with you on pricing as well for same exact items which are on sale but don’t have the sale sticker?! Really polo, come on! If you are not paying close attention to your receipt you probably had the wool pulled over your eyes!

Bought a sweater early November and had it shipped to my house since they didn’t have my size. I actually forgot about it until recently, so I gave them a call today. I dealt with what they called a store manager, and her name was Jane. Horrible service. Put me on hold indefinitely, and I had to hang up and call her back after waiting for more than 10 minutes on the phone. I actually had to call her back twice for the same reason, and yes, I did leave my number for her to call me back. She didn’t. After a couple of hours, When she FINALLY answered my call, I was told for some mysterious reason my order was«lost» in cyberspace, and she was able to find one from another store which she had already ordered it to be shipped to her store, and I can go pick it up. I was surprised and quite annoyed that she asked me to go pick it up when the original order, which was placed more than a month ago, was to be sent to my house. Are you really wanting to save postage cost at this point of trying to redeem your mistake? Bad customer service and arrogant in tones. Not my best experience from this store. Very disappointed.

There was an employee who was extremely rude, impolite, and deserves to be fired. Another dude who claims to be a manager seems to be very useless. You can’t even complain. Simply they are jerks, beware of this store. They don’t understand the concept of customer service. I will never ever visit this store again. The one in Gilroy is way better. I will write an official complain to the HQ and let’s see how things will work out.

This review is about a year late, but I came here with my boyfriend around December of 2014 because Polo emailed my boyfriend a 50% off coupon on any item in the store and provided no stipulations to the offer. Trust us, we read it multiple times! I even read online that some people printed out coupons and used it for multiple items, but in different transactions, so we thought we could do the same. Unfortunately, the caucasian female manager working at the time decided to yell loudly in front of other customers and told my boyfriend that he could not use the coupon on 2 different items. Instead of telling is quietly, she decided to publicly shame my boyfriend. She is rude, unprofessional, and absolutely terrible at customer service! We decided to distribute the remaining coupons to other customers and took some of the coupons to another Polo store where they were able to honor the sale. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the rude and obnoxious«manager» at this location!

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich noch nie einen so unaufgeräumten Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet Store in den USA gesehen, wie diesen hier, und ich habe wirklich schon einige besucht. Die Waren liegen kreuz und quer auf den Warenträgern und Stapeln der anderen Sachen. Ebenso auf dem Fussboden oder es stehen volle Einkaufskörbe einfach verlassen in der Gegend rum. Ansonsten ist der Store recht groß und wirkt auch einigermassen gut sortiert war die Größen anbelangt. Leider bin ich ohne großen Fang raus, aber das lag ja eher an mir und meinem Geschmack und weniger an dem Store. Wenn man in der Premium Outlet Mall ist, sollte man hier aber trotzdem rein!

Today I went to the polo outlet store and I go there regularly as I live close by. The manager on duty today was a lady called Stephanie, I have to say I have never met such a rude customer service person to date. The queue was ridiculous so I asked an employee of the store to please call the manager. Not only did Stephanie have a problem to come to me as I was in line she was totally unhappy to be there which was evident from her face. I asked her as there were only 2 people at the register and another 3 closed if she could open them to help the queue go down faster. Rather than provide good customer service which is her job she didn’t even get on a register to bring the queue down. Two other cashiers did come on a few minutes later while she just stood there and watched. Surely these days customer service should be key! Very disappointing

so i drove out here and dealt with the traffic to find out that the person who i talked to on the phone gave me wrong information. I am not allowed to return items bought from ralphlauren website to the store… great… manager did hook me up with voiding the 5 dollar restocking fee, but i found shirts with the exact same call #, but refused to allow me to do an exchange. im going to be calling ralphlauren and see what the official word is… i know the tags are differnt but my # on the shirt matches yours so whats the big.
