Lousy store. Terrible customer phone service. I’ve been put on a goddamn hold for fuckin’ almost half an hour. Tried calling many times with their muthafuckin’ phone just to keep ringing then get transferred to a muthafuckin’ fax. ARE YOU FUCKIN’ KIDDING ME? THIS STORE SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING.

Excellent service and incredible warranty; our son had a roller backpack whose handle broke and they took really fantastic care of us — even gave my son a completely new backpack! Could not be more impressed with the service this store provides. We were recent helped by Ali who is fantastic.

Shame on you Samsonite, I gave this stool to my 65yr old mother and it shattered beneath her on the second use. This could have been a catastrophe given her age and the fact that she had broken her back a few years ago. I bought a Samsonite stool thinking it would of be safe and reliable. We will never own another Samsonite product again and you can bet this story will be passed on. Furious you put my mother in danger.

I had such an amazing experience in this store. They have wonderful customer service. I was helped by a fine young man named Ali. He was so attentive and was very knowledge about the product. I will definitely be coming back!

Been to this place about 4x since its opening and on the third visit I noticed a significant decline in customer service.
One evening, I was so annoyed by the lack of customer service that I refused to make a purchase here. My husband and I came back a fourth time because he needed a briefcase and the service was slightly better.
Hope managements continues to look into their employees and to train them in excellent customer service. Samsonite has such good quality products that the staff selling them should be up to par with the brand.

Excellent customer service for warranty repair. We had a problem with the wheels on one piece and the handle on another. One was repaired and the other replaced, both at zero charge. Thanks, Samsonite!

Samsonite luggage is great, but the person working in the store was awful. When I asked what the price of a certain item was he just told me to look at the ousted signs (some luggage was in the wrong spot so I just wanted to double check). He was condescending and not helpful at all! He was pushy and not knowledgeable about the products. I love Samsonite luggage but I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Experience with this store has been great. Especially with warranty work. Joe has helped me twice with a problem with the wheels on my luggage and love that this company stands by their product. The only downside is that repair can take weeks even with them using a local Bay area repair center.
