If you’re considering switching to Sprint, don’t. The service sucks — however, you can’t really Unilocal about the service… If you’re still considering switching to Sprint, don’t do it at this store. We switched from AT&T to Sprint and it has been a nightmare ever since. We got the iPhone Forever plan and upgraded two of our iPhones with the latest iPhones. We left our old iPhones at this store and were told they would return them for us. Now, 4 weeks later, we are being threatened with our phones being turned off because we refuse to pay the bill which is over $ 1,500 due to an administrative error on the store’s behalf. We have gone to the store and called the store several times to get this issue resolved. Also, we have spent hours(no, I’m not exaggerating) on the phone with Sprint who tells us they also need to get answers from this store. *Is it an administrative error? *Did someone internally take our old iPhones? Who knows. Can’t talk to anyone with any sort of authority at this store. I don’t want to jinx it, but I think I was finally able to make some headway today with Sprint’s billing department, but we’re far from out of the woods dealing with this. The manager at this store is always«unavailable», «on a business trip in LA», «not working today», or «was only here for a couple hours this morning» and we «just missed him». Trust me when I tell you this store will give you a headache and stress that will last you at least weeks on end. Hopefully for us, this mess will be resolved quickly.

Quite possibly the slowest sprint store in the Bay Area. The employees are always very friendly but I’ve been waiting for thirty minutes now and still haven’t been helped. It is like this every time I come in. Hopefully they can do something to change this.

This store cost me nearly $ 1000 do not go here. First it’s not a actual sprint store it’s contracted so if I have problem or issue sprint won’t help you if you bought a product here. My wife bought me a tablet for my bday with a contract. I get it open it and it broke and froze up. Took it back they said they would take care of it. So they call us and said they had our tablet and to come pick it up. We showed up and they said we ha to pay for another one. That the guy didn’t return it as a replacement but just a return so we never got out money back for the first one and had to pay for a second we said no way. So I didn’t get a tablet yet I had to keep a contract on our bill cause I signed a contract and we got a 2 other charges popped up on our account of some one from that store was ordering tablets on out account ! Sprint said they could do nothing about it as only took the 2 of the three tablets off out bill we paid for two one in store one on out bill and né’er got a tablet. Do not go here some one is running a scam !

I love this store! Customer service is great, everyone is so helpful and friendly. The last 2 times I’ve gone in I was in a hurry and they moved quickly and efficiently to get me out on time and give me the advice/help I needed for great products and plans. They also always give tips on how to make my bill cheaper. I think that lady is confused, they do not rent phones! They have an awesome plan to make monthly payments on a phone, but the phone is yours. I will say sprints service is not great(lots of dropped calls ect) but that has nothing to so with the store.

DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE. They are owned by Arch Telecom and Rent sprint phones. I have had sprint for over 15 years and went to upgrade my phone since my 18 months were up and I am eligible for a new phone. Bonnie the sales associate told me sprint doesn’t sell phones any longer they only rent phones. If I didn’t know better I would have ended up renting a phone for $ 27 a month for 2 years. But for some that don’t know better could easily think this is true and get stuck renting a phone. I have made a complaint with Sprint and they assured me this is not correct. Just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I had ATT and changed over to Sprint because it had unlimited data… BIGMISTAKE! Awful service, Bad signal, 15 minutesd to send a pic message, safari wont even load im under the 30 days of my contract and they wont cancel my service without charging me $ 350 a line. DONOT recommended them at all. and the iphones are 3g not 4g like att. you will be sorry if you switch to sprint.
