Terrible service, uninterested staff who couldn’t care less if they get the sale or not! They’re not the cheapest as they would lead you to believe! They do now have David Beckham as an ambassador so they can have one star!

This was my first time in this store, and my first dealing with Sprint. I was helped by the manager, David, in getting my phone purchased and my new service set up. David was pleasant and professional throughout the process. From greeting me with a «Be right with you» as he completed the current customer’s order, to ensuring I was completely setup before leaving with my new phone. I was very pleased with both the way I was treated and with David’s understanding of the phones they sold and the service levels they offered. As well as his knowledge sets, he was very patient throughout my questions in ensuring I was walking away with everything I really wanted. I choose Sprint because they had the best deal on the phone I wanted, and are considered in most all reviews as one of the best Cell Phone carriers for their plans, price points, customer service and network coverage. I was leery as I approached the Sprint store as my past dealings with Cell Phone carrier stores has never been pleasant nor professional, but I really would recommend this Sprint outlet to anyone looking to explore Sprint as their cell phone carrier.

I came here from Verizon(see my review) and received the the best customer service. I came in to buy a phone for my daughter and ended up switching my AT&T phone service over as well. My sales person Joshua was very helpful. He was efficient when explaining all the information Verizon failed to provide to me. Joshua helped find discounts I was eligible for without asking. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. The service plans are reasonable and coverage is excellent. I’ve been with every phone carrier, and I must say Sprint is the best.

I came here with my BF to switch from At&T(which sucks now) and to see if I could trade in my Blackberry for a new iPhone. One sales rep– Cody– was extremely helpful! They traded my Crackberry for the iPhone with little price difference(approx $ 20) and applied a discount for my being a AAA member. Cody was patient, explained things to me(even talked to my mother on the phone because we needed some of her personal info to make the switch and she was hesitant to share this type of info). Thanks to Cody, I have a plan I am happy with and a new phone I enjoy. The other sales clerk lost 2 full stars. Think his name was Justin or something like that(Asian, young, male). He was rude, curt, talked fast(in that annoying sales-pitchy way) and seemed to not understand the deal Cody and I already had in place. He almost lost my AAA discount & did NOT explain plan details(but then asked me to initial that he did). I found it to be disrespectful & condescending that this very young-looking kid was rushing me around when I was an easy deal, already closed. His manager even interjected twice to help move the sale along(he must have seen my BF and my irritation with this know-it-all kid). Overall, I DORECOMMEND this store, especially if you can work with Cody or anyone other than Justin Beiber(whatever his name was).

My husband and I have been pretty happy with the reception/call quality through Sprint, so this review is not about the Sprint network. This is only about the Sprint store in Livermore, on First Street. The Livermore Sprint Store’s customer service is horrible… specifically if you are a woman. Each time I’ve been in that store with my husband, we’ve worked with a different customer service rep — and each time, they ignored me and spoke only to my husband. It was as if I wasn’t there. The last time we went, when I asked a question, the rep talked over me and continued to only direct his attentions to my husband. After that, I was done with the Livermore Sprint Store. This kind of treatment is not something I normally encounter, and I found it pretty offensive. I live about 10 minutes from this store, but the dissatisfaction I felt is enough to make me drive 20 minutes away, to the next Sprint Store in Pleasanton. I would rather travel twice as far and give my business to people who treat me decently. If anyone from the LIvermore Sprint Store is reading this: Improve your customer service!!! You are driving away business! By the way, I was treated MUCH better in the Pleasanton store on Johnson Drive.
