This store is right next house, and I always go there for my.meals. Every single time a enter the store, they always make me feel I’m at home. They give me best sandwich quality compared to any other sandwich franchise. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great subway and wants some Starbucks afterwards.

Rude employees. They make you feel like your bothering them and they have better things to do. Turkey tasted like rubber and the bread was stale. Subway has been declining their food quality for a while.

Average subway, employees are consistently ruder than most. They act as if they are doing you a favor throughout the whole process. Might as well swipe your own card and print out your receipt so you don’t bother the employees from standing around with frowns on their faces.

The people here are really nice. They know my family and always ask how we’re all doing. They even give me extra avocado sometimes

This is the worst place to go for breakfast. The woman that works here speaks no English, doesn’t cook the egg enough, and overcharges you for bacon? I was going here like once a week telling myself I can work through this… but the overcharge for bacon the last two consecutive times is too much. The breakfast sandwich already sucks as it is, plus her incredible lack of talent and personality give this place a big thumb down.

Beyond HORRIBLE food! This was our first time eating at a Subway, any Subway. I was in the restaurant food supply business and know the quality of Turkey. Our grand daughter ordered a plain Turkey sandwich with just mayonnaise on a French roll. I was astonished to see what they call Turkey. Four thin slices about three inches in circumference were folded in half and placed on the French roll. I had to approach the counter to see what they were using for Turkey because it sure didn’t look like anything I had ever seen before. It was a Turkey roll, the cheapest worst quality Turkey roll a restaurant can buy. A Turkey roll is a process that grinds the meat(God only knows from what part of the bird) and is formed into a tubular shape and frozen. If it was better quality, and there are many qualities to choose from when a restaurant buys them, I would not be taking my time to write this negative review. It is possible that many people, most likely kids, do not know quality and accept it. The sandwich costing $ 4.50 was a total rip off. It was 99% bread and horrible, it may have contained an ounce of meat. Consequently my grand daughter had a bread sandwich. Oh by the way, the lady behind the counter never smiled and looked at us like we were from a different planet, maybe she hadn’t seen people dressed so nicely come in there. She also looked and acted very unhappy. If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen it.

I’ve been here two times in the past two weeks, mainly because my kids love Subway. I’m not sure where their love for this place started, because I’ve never been a huge fan of the place. But that’s beside the point of this review. When I’ve come here, it’s been after I’ve picked my kindergartner up from school, so usually around 12:45. We haven’t had to wait any longer than a minute or two to order. But at this point, we’re both trying to figure out what we want to eat. My daughter always gets the kids meal, I got some chicken ranch sandwich, which was actually really good. The lady that was helping us was really fast and efficient. We were in and out quickly, which was nice because I was on my lunch break. I’ll probably visit this location again in the future. There hasn’t been anything that has gone horribly wrong with our visits there. The only thing that I think is weird and it’s not just this location is: when you order a kids meal, it’s supposed to come with a bag. Like a little reusable lunch bag. But both times, they didn’t just give it to us with the meal, we had to ask both times. Why are you holding out on the bags!!! Just kinda made me wonder«Why advertise the bags if you’re not going to even attempt to give them away»? Just something I noticed because every time my kids always want to know«what bags they had».

Stopped there to grab a sandwich for my drive to San Jose. There was one couple in front of me and one woman making both their sandwiches — very, very slowly. I waited about 10 min until she even acknowledged me to take my order. But the worst part was this… there was a teenage employee sitting in the door of the office, texting on her phone the whole time. We made eye contact more than once and i almost asked her if she was actually on the clock, bc if so perhaps she could help me and the person behind me. But I wasn’t sure she wasn’t going to spit in my food. I don’t usually review Subway type or fast food bc I don’t have high expectations, but this was infuriating. This place has no pride of ownership, customer service or urgency, and they sure as hell aren’t trying to instill it in their employees.

I have used this and the Stanley Blvd., Pleasanton Subway for catering several times and have had nothing but great service. Today however, in terms of quality of food and customer service, was exceptional. The event was my mother in law’s celebration of life and we didn’t know how many people would return back to our home for lunch. We ordered 4 trays(special order with all condiments on the side with nice serving bowls provided by Subway) and then realized we we’re not going to have enough. I called the owner to see if we could pick up two more trays(it was lunch time, mind you) and she said she would prepare them as quickly as possible. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the store and our order was ready when we got there. Everyone loved the sandwiches and having Subway cater the event saved us lots of time that was better spent with family. The cost is so reasonable, too!

Oh my goodness! You’d think one Subway is the same as the next, but not so! I’ve been to this Subway twice, and will not be returning. BOTH times, despite a tray full of beautiful veggies, the counter person picked out the worst looking tomato and the most wilted piece of lettuce for my sandwich. The first time, I thought, oh, just my bad luck, but now, I’m thinking that they want to get rid of the crappy stuff as long as you don’t complain! The cheese was dried along the edges, as well. I won’t frequent this particular Subway again.

When my 8 year old niece wasn’t sure what kind of cheese she wanted, the owner rolled her eyes and walked away. We would have left if we weren’t in a hurry. Quiznos didn’t last in that location and they had good service, guess where my money is.
