We thoroughly enjoyed tasting the treats of Sweet and Mellow truck last Saturday at the Concannon Vineyard in Livermore! The iced Watermelon Basil lemonade was so refreshing, and the crunch brownie delicious. My husband enjoyed his brewed coffee, mentioning how rich it was. He loved the lemon bar (me too!). We later went back for the slow-​brew iced coffee (with some milk) (tasty!) and to try the chocolate Ding Dong~oh my! that made my day. The truck is so pleasant to look at, the owners super friendly and everything seemed ultra clean. I particularly like the quality and commitments they have. We are going to use them for our daughter’s wedding (desserts and cold refreshing drinks on a hot day) and I’m excited about that!

We had our wedding recently and Paul and his yummy treats were such a hit! Our guests just raced about his desserts and drinks all night! I highly recommend him for any event. His truck is beautiful and blended very well with out black tie, upscale wedding! He accommodated our 150 guests quite easily with little lines and waits. Definitely hire him for your event! Absolutely perfect addition.

Sweet and Mellow has been the coffee truck at RYSE Winter Wonderland for two years! They are awesome. Always a pleasure to work with and no matter how many community members come to the truck during the event, they are never turned away. This year they served, well over, 400 cups of hot chocolate, mocha and coffee. I look forward to working with you all next year :) Thanks Paul!

$ 3 for an Arnold Palmer in a 16 oz. plastic cup… really? The majority of my order consisted of ice. The reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the flavor… not too sugary like some overly sweetened beverage but it was just right.

I hired them for a corporate party. They were very responsive to some of our special dietary needs. They arrived early, were ready to go on time and very easy to work with. Everything on the truck was AMAZING! The snowballs had homemade marshmallow, and the lemon bars were about an inch high of gooey lemon yumminess!

One simple reason it’s three stars, the price. It is very expensive coffee and treats, but I’ve been happy every time, and they now have ding dongs home made which are AMAZING!

On very short notice, we booked the Sweet and Mellow Coffee truck for a big event in Oakland — even though our company is in Los Angeles. After talking to Paul, the owner, I felt confident that he would take care of everything. And he did!
The truck was a big success and Paul and Denise went above and beyond to provide everything that was promised and more — including personalizing the truck with our logo and customized greeting, and staying past the agreed upon time to ensure even the late-​comers were served. Great value! Great experience!

Sweet and Mellow was awesome at our Relay for Life event. They were scheduled to arrive at 8pm and stay for an hour… just to get people energized for night walking. They arrived an hour early and stayed until midnight!
I did not hear any negative feedback for anyone at the event where there were approx 250 attendees. Everyone loved their coffees and loved the hearts in them. The pastries were ridiculously awesome. Homemade HoHos! I want one now and a mocha please!
Paul & Denise are awesome, their drinks are awesome and they treats are awesome. I would totally (and will) work with them again on upcoming events and you should too!

Wonderful quality and service. Great tasting and inventive treats. They have gluten free items that taste wonderful. I love that they support local businesses and that they stick to their standards of quality. If you want a quality coffee or sipping chocolate that isn’t burnt, astringent, or diner quality, order a beverage from this truck.

What a rip off!
«Specialty lemon» was «Simply Leomnade» from the grocery store! At $ 3.00 a cup! I sat them pour it from the container. You’ve got to be kidding.
I ordered a latte and asked for two packets of sugar. They said they couldn’t give me two. At $ 3.75 for a pretty ordinary latte, what a rip off.
These guys are cheap.
One star is too mcu for this outfit.

These folks are horrible! I ordered Italian sodas and mentioned that they were for my children, so could they make it extra sweet? When I picked it up, it tasted pretty bland so I asked if they could put more syrup in, to which the male server said no– that’s how we make it, and we’re not going to do anything else. I literally had to beg to get two packets of sugar which didn’t make the drink that much better. I know it’s a truck but if you pay $ 3.75 for a drink you would expect it to not be such a big deal if you want to have a little more syrup in your drink, especially since it was for the kids. Boo on these people for being so cheap and having such poor customer service.

Just used Paul and the Sweet and Mellow Truck for a Teacher Appreciation event at my son’s school. It was a HUGE hit! We treated our teachers to a drink of their choice and a delicious pastry. Paul set up in the morning and was there when the teachers arrived so they could grab their stuff early or during their morning break an start their day off right.
The truck is great, they made a custom sign for our event which had a personal touch. Coffee was delicious, pastries were yummy. Paul and his staff were friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this for any event, and I will definitely use the Sweet and Mellow truck again.

I found out about the Sweet and Mellow truck when I reconnected with an old friend and co-​worker who helps out on this wonderful gem of a coffee/​pastry truck. I found out they would be at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon once a week and the timing was perfect! I found the coffee hot and full of flavor and pastry’s to be delicious! Several times I brought everything back to my co-​workers at San Ramon Regional Medical Center and they too became fans of everything this truck has to offer. I highly recommend the Red Eye coffee which is coffee and espresso and do yourself a favor and try the «Kouing Amann» pastry, It’s a butter cake and to die for! Paul and Bruce offer service with a smile and I look forward to stopping by again soon!
