Option for 0 stars not available. Order 3 pizzas. 2 were burnt. 1 was wrong. With some many pizza options in the area, we should have paid more and went some where else. Wont order from here again.

This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut in CNY. I went with my family once on a night that wasn’t too busy. There had to be about 4 – 5 other families there. We were seated rather quickly by the manager and got our drinks. The pizzas we ordered were good, but in the hour we were there, not one person came to see if we needed refills or anything and the tables around us where folks had left already were not bused, so we had nice views of half eaten pizza and piled up plates on 3 different tables the whole time. My kids wanted more milk and finally I had to get up and go get it. I even had to go get my bill so we could leave. At the time, we decided never to go there again. Well, my family and I had a late night and it was too late to cook, so unfortunately, this was the closest place on the way back home. 4 young guys were working and there was one other woman in the place. The young guy that took our order(which happened to be the one we dealt with last time) screwed our order up. My wife specifically said«once cheese pizza and once with veggies and pineapples.» He clearly must’ve heard«one cheese pizza with veggies and pineapples» because that’s all we got. It was too late to wait for another and I was too tired to argue, so as long as I did not get charged for 2, I was fine. So my family and I are eating and again, not once did this guy come back to see if we needed refills. I even left my cup on the edge of the table to see if it might signal him. I mean, even Stevie Wonder could have seen it! Nothing. What he DID do, however, was hang out in the kitchen area with his buddies laughing it up watching a video on a cell phone they all gathered around and occasionally flashing our table a glance. Never once did he come over. Finally I was ready to leave. Oh, once again, NOBILL! So I go to the counter and this guy named Will says«you didn’t get your bill yet?» «No, I didn’t» I said in an annoyed manner. «Oh, well the guy just ran over to Hess next door and I can’t ring it out without him here. He should be right back though. Sorry about that.» I just shook my head and got a to-go container. My waiter was back shortly thereafter, but seriously, this place is the worst I’ve ever been to in my 40 years on this planet. The staff just doesn’t seem to care. I told him to keep the change, not as a tip, but because one more second in that place and I would’ve snapped. TOMANAGEMENT: If you’re reading this, a quote I live by when it comes to business is that business goes where invited and stays where appreciated. Perhaps someone should make your employees aware that customers are not an inconvenience. They are the people that enable them to have a job and make money in this crummy economy. Please make your associates aware, and any others that may be like them, that there are people looking for jobs that would love to be in their place… and probably should be.
