This is small out of the way place kinda of hidden among other business but a must find for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if in Livingston! They have huge baked potatoes with all kinds of yummy toppings! It is a family run business with the best Texas hospitality! Very good prices and huge portions! Also delicious home made desserts. I had the buttermilk pie. It tasted like a snickerdoodle! Yummm!

We had the fried chicken on French fries and the CFS on a potato. Delish! I might have put cheese on them, but that’s my only(minor) complaint! We also had fried mushrooms which were good and not scald your mouth hot. Excellent, friendly service!

Stopped in with 6 of us. Service was awesome! Very friendly. Food was fantastic and was out very quick. We each tried a different topping and all agreed the size for price was well worth it. You also need to try the pie! Don’t take our word for it give it a try!!!

Had the regular fries this last visit. NOTGOOD. Soggy and tasteless. The only good thing is they were hot. Stick with the stuffed potatoes.

Delicious!!! I had the fried chicken spud and my husband had a chopped beef spud. Both were delicious and filling(no puny potatoes here!). Great service — food was ready in no time and the family that runs the place are friendly and helpful. Although we were too full to try them, the owner bakes homemade pies each day and they looked tasty as well.

Super cute little restaurant with picnic table seating. Excellent service and the food was awesome! I have some serious dietary restrictions and there were very helpful in finding me something that I could eat. They ended up making a dish specially for me which was delicious. The service went above and beyond my expectations.

I had heard good things about«the new potato place in town» so I had to go try it for myself. I’ve now been there at least 4 or 5 times, so you know it must be good! This is a family run place, with Mom, Dad and son all working there. They serve about 20 different toppings on their huge baked potatoes. So far, my faves are the crawfish étouffée one, the fried chicken one(with cream gravy), and the chicken broccoli one — all delicious. Bring a hearty appetite(or take some home) because these spuds are XXL size. Desserts are awesome: a choice of three homemade pies, coconut, buttermilk, or chocolate. Oh-so-yummy!

I went here with my supervisor for lunch after she recommended it. They have tons of different toppings and you can choose an actual baked potato or fries. I had the taco spud and she tried the chicken fried steak one. She said it was good and mine was awesome as well. The only downside is that they only take cash, otherwise it would be 5 stars
