Hooray for Beth and her staff! For our son’s engagement party two weeks ago, we hired Beth to cater the mostly vegetarian (with some fish) meal. It was that awful week in NJ when we were on our third snowstorm in a row. Beth had to prepare the food on Thursday so that we could get it by Friday for the Saturday night party. Her vendors did not deliver the food on Thursday because it was too difficult to travel. Her staff could not get in that day because of transit issues, and yet Beth managed to make food for 100 people and get it delivered to us before Shabbat that Friday. The food was not only delicious, but it was also presented very attractively. Beth is a terrific professional, who managed to provide us with what we needed despite the odds against her. Our guests said that they loved the food. So did we.
