This company is the real deal! At first I was a little hesitant knowing which company to choose, but now I am very happy with this one. I had tons of spam advertisers calling me every day and this company has solved it and more. All of the support staff I speak with are patient and understanding. They take their time with their work and it pays off and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg for their services. Their software is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I wish them much success in the growth of their company!

This service started out good, but has degraded immensely. It was fine for business, so I thought I’d give it a try for home service. As soon as I did that, everything went down hill. They have had so many outages in the past month on both biz and home lines, that my phone capabilities have been crippled, save for my mobile w/AT&T. When you have a business and you cannot be reached for 3 – 6 hours, you can lose customers and a lot of money. They have been down for hours at a time sporadically, so it has been horrible. In fact, it’s been like roulette, whether or not there’s a dial tone when you pick up the phone. Support is a nightmare. Calling them is a waste of effort unless you enjoy 60 – 90 minutes of repetitive bad, hold«music». Their chat is almost as bad. It takes about 15 – 30 minutes until someone starts chatting w/you and probably 3 other customers at once. And when they do communicate, they seem to make an effort to prove that they are stupid and/or ignorant. It seems like VOIP is full of bad providers, but it’s hard to believe that there isn’t some company better than this, so I’ll be a movin’ on. Caveat emptor.

has been rock solid for the last three years. Not a single outage. Can you say that about your phone company? And I get this kind of reliability for $ 10 a month. For international calling, they have the best rates of any company.
