Completely overpriced and the staff is so rude. The ladies working there never smile or say hi. They clearly aren’t happy working there and give an attitude for doing their job. It’s lacking customer service. Be careful of them raising the prices on you. It happened to me today! I’ve been there 6 times now, only due to the convenience of the location and after the incident today, I certainly won’t be returning.(I don’t post negative reviews since I believe in giving businesses a chance. However, customers should at least be treated with kindness and honesty).

After getting my eyebrows ruined by waxing for years. I decided to finally see what the threading life is all about. I have been trying to grow out my eyebrows since the SUMMER. It was too thin and there was no real arch or shape to it. So my friend suggests this place. After the fear of ultimate pain, my concern was them fixing my eyebrows. I just needed it back to its original thickness and shape(even if it wasn’t evenly thick, as I can easily fill it in w pencil) I explained my situation to the Indian woman there. She nodded a few times without ONE word and gestured for me to sit down as if she was a miracle worker and I can trust her. I’ll accept her rudeness if she can perform a miracle. Okay fine. So for the next 5 minutes I’m in PAIN. that’s fine. I’m weak when it comes to pain. When she finally finishes. I get up and it’s the same doggone shape I had before. All she did was clean it. Now I’m back to these stupid thin eyebrows. NEVERCOMINGBACKHERE.

This place is terrible, the workers are very very rude and impolite. When I entered all of a sudden one of them told me and I coat«actually I am taking a break» although the tone of her voice and her face was very offensive I tried to stay calm and be positive, then the other worker did the same and she also told me: oh there is quiosk in the mall you can go there because I am taking a break, I went there and I felt very uncomfortable sitting in the road threading my face so I went back and I said I am waiting for you to finish one of the staff which is the rudest person I’ve ever met came out of the back where they were eating and laughing and told me in a very rude way to sit on the chair and then continued you have so much hair and it make me tired to do your job, so I stopped her and left, these guys charge you like crazy and they don’t really have good quality of work either and they are sooooooo rude stay away from this nasty place

The Indian lady got an attitude with me because I waited for her to do my eyebrows. I went there on a referral. No disrespect to the other employees but we have all experienced someone hacking up our eyebrows. I got my money back and left. I’ll take me money somewhere else if you’re going to get mad at me for having a preference on who does my brows.

Came to try the place out and it’s 845 but they couldn’t do my eyebrows because it takes time. I suggested they change their hours posted from closing at 9 to closing at 830.

WOW terrible place. The ONLY reason why I came here is because I was in a pinch for time and couldn’t make it to my usual spot that I go to. First of all, I walked in and the girl didn’t even acknowledge me. I understand she was busy with another customer but she could have simply greeted me. I should have left, but my eyebrows really needed to be done. I saw a woman from the back peek into the store and continue doing whatever she was doing in the back. I waited patiently and when the girl was finished with the customer, again she did not greet me but only said«Next». When I sat down she said hi and then asked me what service I needed. I asked her to clean up my eyebrows. I literally don’t think I have ever had such pain before from threading ever in my life. It hurt so bad. I’ve been getting threaded for years and I can handle pain. Also, don’t even bother trying to talk to her. She didn’t want to be bothered, she kept speaking to the girl in the back in a different language and only got excited when the other workers came back in. She seemed very rough and wanted to rush to make a quick buck. To be honest, I didn’t even want to leave her a tip but I did. And that was only because my eyebrows were even and she did what I wanted. Rude service! I will NOT be back. I will stick to paying $ 7 at my normal spot as opposed to the $ 12 here. If you’re in a pinch like I was, this place will suffice.

Bad customer service and way over priced for the mediocre, at best, threading. My eyebrows were done crooked by the lady at the station to the far right. Next time I will stick with my trusty threading salons in Jersey City.

The best location of the franchise. Walk-ins are welcome and the place is really clean and well organized. I prefer threading to waxing, plucking and shaving my eyebrows, It cost $ 12 to have your eyebrows arched and they are done to precision. The workers are very friendly and I love when places remember me as a customer. In my mind that is the best type of customer service. I highly recommend this place.

This place is perfectly fine. Actually when we went in it was super busy– there were four people ahead of me with two girls working and two clients in the chair. So obviously this place is doing something right. It’s really a bare bones operation, which is a not a surprise for Livingston Mall. Minimal decoration with a flatscreen playing The Threading Station best hits: especially helpful if you’ve never been threaded and you’re trying to figure out what exactly is going out. You can see how it’s basically like tweezing but using thread. $ 12 for eyebrows which kinda blows. My Indian friend gets it done in her neighborhood for $ 5 and she can’t believe how much we have to pay. But I can’t have my eyebrows waxed because skin is so sensitive there so I’ll take it. The only thing I wish they did was wipe my eyebrows down with an antiseptic before starting to make sure everything was clean before they start ripping hairs out. Felt like they threaded my eyebrows thinner than I usually get them done, but that’s okay. It wasn’t scary thin or anything.

Totally overpriced for eyebrow threading($ 12 vs $ 6 in NYC or Parsippany) but the Nepalese lady does an excellent job so it’s worth it, especially in Jersey where quality threading salons are a rare find.

I’ve been looking for a good place to get my eyebrows threaded in the Livingston area for a while now but didn’t really have much luck. Then one day as I was at the Livingston Mall I noticed the threading station on the ground floor… I’ve been to this mall dozens of times so I’m not sure why I just now noticed it but I am glad I did! I desperately needed to get my eyebrows did so I decided to give them a try and LOVE my eyebrows! I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded and waxed many times and at many different places but have truly only found a handful of places I’ve liked, and this is one of them. There are two nice ladies working at the station. They were both very friendly and the one who was doing my eyebrows knew exactly how to shape and clean them up without me having to give much detail. It cost only $ 10 and took less than 10 minutes. If you’re in the area and need to get your eyebrows threaded, I’d definitely recommend this place. The only downside is that if you don’t feel comfortable getting your brows done in public, you may not like this place since it is a cart in the mall. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because I want to go back and see if I consistently like the results before giving it 5 stars.
