Dr Stein is not in costco anymore but the phone number for him is the same as here. He is such a great Dr! He is now in Livonia and still independent but practices out of pearl vision near Laurel Park Place. Going to see him today … why did I stop going to him when I stopped my costco membership … dumb! His exams n scripts ALWAYS gave me the best vision …

Dr. Stein’s office is located inside of Costco, but since it’s run independently, you don’t need to have a Costco membership to be seen there.
I have seen Dr. Stein, and he was great, but my review is really based on Dr. Cordell. He is so easy going, yet very professional. Every time I see him, he has a fun, friendly attitude. He always makes sure you have enough contacts, giving you samples in case your prescription is not in stock wherever you buy them from.
Another great thing about this office is they don’t sell glasses or contacts. You can relax knowing that all they are there to do is examine your eyes.
Don’t feel shy about telling the Costco greeter that you have an eye appointment as you’re walking in. They will hardly bat an eye (no pun intended).
While prices do change, my exam today for glasses and contacts was $ 99 without insurance.
