Pillar To Post

We are first time buyers and Craig performed our home inspection. I cannot recommend him enough. I was on time, thorough, let us walk with him through each part of the house, and even took time to answer our many questions.
A few weeks after the inspection (pre sale) a few more concerns popped up and we emailed Craig. He called us right away (on a Saturday) and talked us through his recommendations if it were him. Unfortunately that house did not work out, but we will absolutely go to Craig for our next inspection. So appreciative of his help and expertise!

Craig was extremely thorough and was extremely concerned with making sure I knew everything that was going on with my home. I will use him for any future purchases and he gets my referral all day long folks! Once again, great inspection from the roof, electrical, plumbing, heating/​cooling, concrete, foundation, code expectations, and all the way down to making sure I knew what to expect for future home repairs. We came across Craig of Pillar To Post while window shopping a home we were interested in purchasing. We stopped in front of the home and observed him doing an inspection and he seemed very thorough. After getting out of the car to speak with him, he was professional, polite, and very helpful. When we went under contract for the house we chose, we used him as our inspector and are very glad we did! He was able to work within our time frame, price was fair and a good value for the amount of service received, and we feel extremely confident in our purchasing decision after reviewing his report.
The day of the inspection, he was there early, brought tools we hadn’t even heard of to uncover anything hidden, and even took the time to inspect the attic, crawl space, and go up on the roof to take varied and abundant pictures, so we were well informed. On the spot (!!!), he provided a binder including our 36 page inspection report with full color photos, maintenance records, and cost estimator for any improvements to the home. At the time of inspection, we did not have access to the garage and Craig even offered to come back to inspect that once we did have access.
Overall, I cannot recommend him enough and am very happy to have stumbled across him.
