If I could rate –100 I would!!! Got transfered there at 6 am, night staff was great, super nice (Donna especially) Told me the Dr wouldn’t be in until 9 though. So I’m thinking they’re going to put me in a room, NOPE. Don’t even have a bed for me!!! I had to «sleep» in a freezing cold waiting room on uncomfortable chairs. Day shift comes in. Every word out of their mouth, in front of patients, is fuck! Asked a man in the waiting room, in front of me mind you, what he was there for {TOTAL HIPAA violation} !!! Did not see the Dr until an hour after she decided to arrive, even though I was supposed to be her first patient. Was not allowed to be let out for a cigarette. Place was DISGUSTING. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized since the 80s. While I was waiting for discharge, front desk staff decides to eat pizza in front of patients, continue foul language, and blast television when people haven’t slept all night! Then got attitude «I’m waiting on you» when asked for my address for the cab ride home because I didn’t hear him!!! Absolutely horrific experience, animals get treated better than you would here. If you care about yourself or a loved one, NEVER allow them to go here! The state needs to shut this place down YESTERDAY! If you’ve had a similar experience, FILE COMPLAINTS! This shit hole needs to be shut down and almost everyone needs to be fired!
