Taco Bell

Not the worst, but far from the best Taco Bell… I only visit regularly since its closest to home.
1. Staff: Unpleasant & RUDE
2. Food: Small portions, burritos are not «stuffed» & dry in taste
3. Atmosphere: Seems like they just can’t wait for you to stop bothering them & dark lighting
I mean it’s cheap «fast food», the Taco Bell in Redford & Plymouth have a way better vibe… So I guess this location just doesn’t meet my expectations.

I got my order within time in drive thru but wondering there is no hash brown for breakfast crunch wrap. I was ordering by 7 am. Is this time hash brown will be over?

Food is good unless you request something special, they can’t seem to get that right. For instance when I order extra onions on a bean burrito, I get none. I don’t do that anymore. In the last 4 months or so the service has gone to hell. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to come take our order and finally the guy waiting the drive thru came over and said they had to shut the inside restaurant down. A co-​worker went there recently and the inside was closed. Today I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for drive-​thru while their computers came back up before I left and went to Jimmy-John’s next door and had my food within about 5 minutes. They seriously need to pay to get some additional help because they are driving business away. Saving some money on an hourly wage isn’t worth it to permanently drive away customers.

Went on a Sunday night, Google says it’s open til 1 but they were closed when I came at 9:30 pretty annoying

I’ve hit this Taco Bell drive thru up 2 nights in a row and I have nothing but good things to say about the wait, the kindness of the staff, and the deliciousness of the food. I asked for extra fire sauce tonight, and I’m practically swimming in it right now. Nicely done T-​Bell.

Your typical Taco Bell, not sure why the ratings are so low. I only did the drive-​through, it was around 6pm on a Tuesday night and pretty crowded.
4 stars because they got my order right and I also got a cold glass of water which was nice. I was headed to a movie screening at AMC Livonia nearby, and I wanted something I could eat quickly that was also healthy-​ish, so I got 2 of their fresco tacos.
Only complaint is that if I didn’t know the fresco tacos existed, I would not have been able to order them — their menu board has teeny tiny print and I didn’t see them listed. I do like Del Taco a bit more than Taco Bell generally but TB was in the area and DT was not.

This taco bell charges much higher prices than all the ones surrounding it. That is annoying, and I try to go to the other one’s instead, particularly the Redford one… Agree with the other reviewers about the overcharging and service issues as well.

I will never return to this taco bell ever again!!! I ordered 2 chalupas and a taco and they had disgusting tomatos on them that looked like they were rotten. If i could give no stars i would, absolutely unacceptable!!!

This Taco Bell is crap. They are always slow — I waited right around 40 minutes one night. I wanted to leave badly, but couldn’t drive off with the curb on the right side, so unless you have an off-​road vehicle and don’t mind running over the landscaping, then you are trapped.
Whenever TB comes out with new stuff, for example the Mountain Dew Kick Start or anything else for that matter, they never have it. If by chance they do have it, it’s already been out for a month when other stores have it.
I also got ripped off a few times. I sometimes would get only large drink and they would charge me two dollars even and not let me use my credit card. I know the employees can get free drinks, even though it’s frowned upon, but I’m sure that the girl pocketed the change as she said ‘have a great day.‘
If you can go to a different one, do it, beacuse this one is not worth the wait. This TB, being a franchisee, can set their own prices and I’m fairly certain that they charge more than other locations.

This particular TB is inconsistent… I’ve had great food here in terms of flavor and quantity, and I’ve had lackluster food. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes it’s not. I just never know what I’m going to get here… I think if I need a TB fix, I’ll stick to the TB on O Lake and 13 Mile. I haven’t had bad food from there yet! Fast, fresh and they really stuff their tacos, burritos etc!

Let’s start of by saying the food is at least 3 star quality possibly higher, but the service kills the experience every time. If your in a rush keep driving because none of the workers are. They always seem to put the people who are scared of a cash register on the cash register, they make it seem like it really is difficult, so that’s why I gave it two stars.
