Every time I come the trash from the trash cans by the doors are over flowing by the front doors the parking lot it’s a mess there are pizza boxes and junk everywhere. into the parking lot. However they have nice staff and great sales.

Very clean and nice workers. I go here weekly and I’ve never had a problem. They also have a babies r us towards the back.

Terrible, simple as that. The store is usually always unbelievably messy and if you need help with something there is never a employee around to ask. When I do purchase something here my coupons always seem to be an issue, and they alway have to call another employee over to «override» it, which that will take an additional 5 minutes because the employees up front are always having a conversation. Also, when waiting in line I always see the employees up front chatting it up and ignoring the customers. Last time I was there, the employees were talking (arguing) about which one took the longest «bathroom» break. Hate coming here and rude staff.

This Toys R Us is kind of on the shabby side. It’s been here a long time and with the Christmas rush stock is a bit haphazard. Lines were long and slow. I’ve been to better Toys R Us.

I go to this store weekly. They always greet me with a «hello» or «how can I help you?». Always friendly at the video game section.
They don’t always get the toys stocked as quickly as the other Toys R Us’s but that might be because of distribution. They are usually behind (for us collectors).

This store is so close to Seven Mile to be practically in the street. Inside, it’s very nice and organized but the associates studiously avoided eye contact so as not to talk to customers. Maybe they took a vow of silence? I personally would rather spend my money in a place a touch more friendly!
