Love! New the area and was in desperate need of an alteration to a bridesmaid dress just a week before the wedding. I called Vera’s and they were so accomodating and willing to work outside of their regular hours. The dress fit perfectly once they were done with it!
I would recommend this place to anyone!

We took my daughters backpack to get the strap sewn back on. Vera made it look as good as new! It took two days and it only cost $ 8. Vera is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. We’ll come here for all our alteration needs.

After checking for open hours I couldn’t help but leave a review based on my experience with Vera over the years, all of which have been excellent!
Anyone who goes here understands the quality of work Vera puts in but must also understand that this is a mom and pop business. Vera does all the work herself so if she’s late or requires a week to do your work it’s because of that. She also says to call ahead of time so just give her a ring to make sure she’s done with your alteration and your set.
Hope she never goes away, awesome lady!

I have been using Vera’s for about 3 years now and it has always been a great experience. Mostly basic alterations such as pants hem, dress shortening (for the wife), zipper repair, and other basic stuff. Vera and her husband are always there and a joy to talk to. Because she does all the alterations herself sometimes there is about 1 week wait but I wouldn’t give up the quality of work and fair prices for a quicker turnaround time. Glad I found Vera’s!!!
