Foothill Pizza

Not sure why Unilocal doesn’t have a negative star status when you really need one. I just called this place to order a pizza for delivery. To start the owner picked up the phone place me on hold without me knowing and then proceeded to talk with the customer that was in front of him, RUDE, RUDE RUDE. He then put a salesperson on the phone, at which time I confirmed they deliver. I asked what the special was, and agreed to order it. After the young man confirmed, he said that in order for it to be delivered I had to spend $ 20, so I change my order to accommodate the $ 20 after which he gave me a total of over $ 27. This did not make sense that he made me spend more money to charge me more money including a $ 4 delivery charge which should have been included in the $ 20. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused therefore this place of business will never get a dollar from me in the future. So much for supporting our local businesses.

I think this location has changed hands as it isn’t the same as it use to be. I ordered the Taco Pizza to try something different… the guy on the phone said 20 minutes. I got there and he advised it would be about 5 more minutes… no problem, I had a seat and watched the employees. The man who seemed to be the owner or lead person picked up a container of something, smelled it, and then decided to throw it away. This is not how this works in the restaurant business… you cannot detect out of date by smelling something… made me nervious and I will eat almost anything. That said… the pizza was out of the oven and I took it home about 2 miles… it looked attractive but not like other taco pizza’s I have had. It was tasteless… totally…thank God for left over Taco Bell packets… it’s the only thing that saved this darn thing. Not a do over… the atmosphere while sitting there was not very «fun» ok, everyone else was just sitting also… no music, no television… no reason to go back.

This is my «go-​to» pizza place. I usually pick up to-​go. The interior is ok, could use a little updating and freshening. I like my pizza crust medium cooked so I always ask for it to be taken out of the oven a few minutes early. I’ve been happy with my food/​pizza from here.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! There were just the right amount of toppings on the pizza! It wasn’t overloaded with anything. The weren’t stingy with the sauce either. It was just the right combination of everything! While I was eating I also saw two employees clean the place at two different times. My family and I really liked it here. It had just the right environment and the pizza was AMAZING! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would come back if I’m ever in Lodi again!

First time getting a pizza from here. I must say it was pretty great! I live in lodi, but was taking dinner to a friend. I really liked that the combo had pepperchinis on it! Great crust and sauce! The price was even better! Only 26 after tax for a supreme size combo! Will definitely be back!

Been going here for 11 years and haven’t had a problem. Prices are much lower than the competitors and they take competitor coupons! I really don’t know what the lady below is complaining about an Lg combo being like $ 30 because when I get it it’s only $ 19 with tax lol even look at the menu pics it says so write there I mean think before you speak its right there above in black and whitethe owners have been really courteous every time I go there treat they treat me like family!:)

Unhappy with the hygiene from the employees in this building. I watched one of them wipe his face with his hand, wipe it on his shirt then pull his pants up before wiping his hands with the same rag he used to clean the pizza slicer. Then he cut our pizza with it. Not impressed with this place.

We love foothill pizza! Super friendly staff and waaaaaaay good pizza. Much better than the one in Lockeford. Super kid friendly inside too. And you can’t beat the 7.99 pepperoni on Tuesdays!

Kamal and her staff are fantastic. Great pizza, great food, excellent service and staff. It doesn’t get any better than this!

We have only done take-​n-​bake. Really good pizza. Fresh toppings and they don’t skimp. Get the gourmet veggie and add bacon or sausage or both.

Not 1 because I am distempered. Not 1 because I am ill willed. Not 1 star because I have contempt. But 1 star because I value the integrity of logic, am compelled by the logic of reason, 1 star because I can not with full integrity value the lack of reason and logic or even common decency over 1 star and have I the ability I would have rated less.
The pizza… hey, it’s pretty not bad. Grammar rules understanding, I do not care. because obviously neither do they. .not about such trivial things as grammar. …or reason. Why should they care about reasin… I’ll get there.
But the taste… yeah, if you’re stuck in lock Ford (where?) Or lodi and feel like getting more lost by driving into a flash town gone permanent and entertaining what substitutes as humanity… go to lockford! Try the taste of the local fare and an attempt to appease a culinary delight known and appreciated longer than the clap… only done without any of the joy one would have in pursuit of such endeavours. The local fare is as entertaining as being married for the fact that they have have the same disease so it’s just easier to not leave…
I keed. i keed… The pizza is great… no not great but on a 1 to ten… its a damn good 5… and that’s pretty effin good. The taste isn’t the problem… its the experiments that work there.
I present to you a company which harbors a rule of a minimum delivery. .understood and appreciated. However… I live 4 miles (exactly) up the street in the country try from them. Couple this with the factors of both being a local and a frequenter of the establishment the idea of refusing a deliver over ONE US DOLLAR BELOW MINIMUM is beyond asinine, it is detrimental. Case in point here I am to tell you that the poor unfortunate soul that inhabits some position of pizza authority in nowhere California has the idea that she is doing her bosses business a plus by refusing to deliver to a regular local over 100 pennies.
This…This is enough to lose me… lose my family and lose any I share a factual experience with and turn our direction to a better pizza. .albeit a chain, round table. Yes… round table. Do yerself a favour and leave the foothills.. . Boycott ignorance despite convenicence… eat at a better pizza place.

My son and I were craving some pizza and I had been wanting to try this place. Soo glad we did! Super friendly staff and very clean. Very fast service as well! Our pizza came out fresh and hot! I ordered half cheese (for my son) and have cheese, artichoke hearts and peperocinis for myself. They sure are not shy on toppings! Crust had a perfect crunch! I would’ve enjoyed some ESPN or some music; little too quiet for a pizza parlor but lots of old car pictures to admire. We’ll defiantly be eating here again!

I really like their pizza, it isn’t gourmet by any means, but it is delicious, hot and always ready when they say it will be.

not gonna lie after getting my order delivered to me wrong this pizza place told me that i ordered wrong and said they would not eat the cost because economy was bad. so i got stuck with a pizza my kids dont even like.

VERY GOOD pizza! Also if you are in the area and want a good lunch at a low cost then you should try the lunch special.
Lunch Special from Foothill Pizza = 1 mini pizza, small salad (one of the best salads in the area) and a drink for about $ 4.99 (although it may be 5.99??- sorry I forgot), anyways it’s a good place to eat.
PS they also have good sandwiches (on freshly baked bread) as well as take & bake pizza.
