Lockeford True Value Hardware

True value is a great place. Its has almost everything. And I say almost because they don’t have lumber. They have a nice garden section that has recently been redone and are adding more and more stuff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Whenever I start out on a Bicycle Ride, I ask myself what I need to buy for the house, recreation, or whatever… and if that matches up with any stores at my destination, which would have been Lockeford, CA today.
My youngest son, Kevin, bought me a Trek 8000 Mountain Bicycle off of
a few months ago and which I picked up on my trip to Las Vegas a few weeks ago. It seemed all of the Trek components were attached by metric Hex Nuts! I only had a 10 mm Hex Wrench in my toolbag… so I was going to buy an assortment of metric Hex Wrenches…
True Value does not carry Metric… of anything! C’est la vie…
But, I did find something else though…

Cardboard Box! Peee-​Youuu!
