I have never before been greeted and treated so well before at a McDonald’s. The counter person today, who’s name was Kelly was extremely kind, helpful, courteous, and fun to speak with. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a beautiful smile. If I was hiring, I’d offer her a job. If I was 20 years younger, I’d ask her out. Keep up the great job Kelly! Thanks for a fun experience!

I don’t get why this establishment gets such a bad rap. I think things have gotten much better since the refurbishment. I’ve never had any issues with customer service. They have always been friendly and greeted me as I walk through the door. People complaining about a worker wanting to check to see if they have a item, why? Many of this kids are new to the work force. This may be their first job. At least they are looking to find the answer, and not just saying «We don’t have that.» I believe this is a very good McDonald’s restaurant. Only one thing I don’t like about new set up is not getting drunk cups at time of order!

Let me ask you a question, why is it every time I come to this place I get the feeling that they have no idea what items they have on the menu. So I order a biscuit sausage egg and cheese and I get this. I don’t think we carry sausage let me go see. Finally after 3 minutes she is like ok we have it. No kidding your McDonald’s your suppose to have sausage. First visit I was accused of being a thief, second visit I’m met with the most unsure employee. One more strike mcdonalds and whataburger will be getting my business instead you you.

Well, we came in here to eat breakfast after leaving our laundry at G&G. We had a frustrating time ordering because when we asked for hot cakes and sausage the cashier said, «I don’t know if we have sausage, let me check,» and then she came back, yes we do.” Then my fiancé asked for a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich to which the cashier said, «I don’t think we have that, let me check,» and came back, «yes we do.» It was frustrating because I would think you were trained on what food you have. When we went to sit down more than half the tables were dirty, and this place was not busy. I would go to another McDonalds, but this is the only one within miles till we move.
