Lovin’ Spoonful(AKA Norb has opinions on everything Restaurant Division) Arby’s: 5737 S Transit Rd Lockport, NY14094,(716) 433‑7710. Hours of Operation: 10:00AM to 11:00PM7 days a week. We got some coupons in the Sunday paper so we decided to go there Monday night. My wife and I had 2 of their Market Rubens, a small order of Spicy Jalapeño Bites and we shared a small drink. The jalapeño bites are filled with melted cream cheese. The counter person, Dale, suggested the Bronco Berry Sauce for dipping the jalapeño bites in. I don’t know how they got this name because there are no berries in it. The heat of the jalapeño bites and the sweetness of the sauce complimented each other perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion, Dale. One of my benchmarks for rating a restaurant is their Ruben. I hate it when you take a bite and pull out the corned beef from the rest of the sandwich. Sometimes it is fatty, grizzly or tough, not so here. It tender and sliced very thin. The Ruben is comprised of Corned Beef. Big Eye Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Thousand Island Dressing on Marble Rye. It was delicious. With the coupons dinner, tax included, came to $ 12.18. On the way out I asked for and receives 2 more packets of the Bronco Berry sauce. Ample parking is available. The restaurant was clean and neat. My only complaint is the size of the men’s room. Even though it has a grab bar for handicapped access. There is no way to get a wheel chair in it. There is barely enough room to close the door unless you stand on the far side of the toilet. Overall for appearance, cleanliness, service and food quality, I give them a 9 out of 10

I tend to make bad decisions when I’m really hungry. Arby’s was one of those bad decisions today. On a fast food scale, I will rate this place like 2.5 stars. We had done some shopping out in Lockport and mom and I were hungry. Pulled into Arby’s and noticed one side of the building was boarded up. The front at least, but there were employees at the counter. We went through the drive thru because we didn’t want to sit in the odd place. Whomever owns this franchise really needs to budget a renovation for the physical space. It is super weird. You can’t even pull straight through the drive thru. And it looks like there’s old papers and junk stored on one side of the building. Odd. Very odd. I remembered only after I started to eat that I HATE their fries– seasoned curly fries. They are not at all good, but others must love them. The regular roast beef sandwich I had was decent after horsey and Arby sauces were applied. And we got an apple crisp to split, which was surprisingly good! This physical space is weird. They need to probably tear down the building and start over, but the food was okay. When I see an Arby’s I’m always reminded of when Sherri/Terri, the twins from The Simpsons said: «I’m so hungry I could eat at Arby’s.» Yep, pretty much. Ha!!!

Had an interaction with the manager of the Lockport Arbys and he was so unbelievably rude. I would never eat at this location just based on the unprofessional«Manager» and his horrible attitude.

B Arby I can’t say enough about Arby’s. They have beef and chicken and… beef. What do they make that«horsey sauce» out of? I dont want to know. I like the curly fries’. How do they get them to curl? Is it like curling ribbon? Or a curling iron? Or with a rock and a broom? Horsey sauce… hmm. Why do they call it Arby’s? Was that the guys name or something? Short for Arbellner?
