I went to get my hair cut and was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes, I ended up waiting 35 minutes and nobody apologized. The woman Linda cut my hair and all I have to say is I felt like I was sitting in an ashtray the entire time, trying not to gag. How unprofessional and just an all around disgusting experience. Trashy is how I would describe this out of date salon. Will NOT be going back here.

McKenzie is ahhhhmazing every time I go to get my hair cut she makes every second a pleasure and when I’m done I feel beautiful she has a true gift so lucky to have found such a talented stylist close to home and affordable she gives high end quality style for normal everyday prices
Ask for McKenzie you’ll be happy you did and look great too

Cost Cutters in Lockport is my go-​to spot to get my hair cut. The quality of my hair cuts are always great, as well as very affordable.
I have had a few of the stylists cut my hair, and I have always been happy with the results. The stylists are very pleasant, and always listen to what I am looking for in my cut.
I don’t color my hair so I can’t comment on the quality of coloring.
Most women I know go to the pricey salons, and spend more than they would like to share on their hair. I think that Cost Cutters does just as good of a job for a fraction of the price.
