The only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of just one is because I’m sure in the past I’ve had a good stylist or two. The last few times I have been here I have just had issue after issue. One stylist in particular is rude… just plain rude. Another time I went back to get my hair cut and the stylist said «where did you get your hair cut before this? It’s completely uneven»…the place I had gotten it cut before was that same great clips.
I’m not saying all Great Clips are bad… but this one in particular I stay away from now.

I have been a customer of Great Clips in Lockport for the last 3 years. All of the girls that work here are great and my haircuts always fit my expectations. I get my haircut quite often, every 2 weeks. My favorite hair stylist is Candy and Jackie. I was that customer that showed up 2 minutes before they closed today and they were just locking up the shop and they still fit me in. This is the only place I get my hair done and I will continue to for years to come.
