PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER HIRING!!!******* I am right on board with the rest of the people here, only 1 star bc Unilocal makes you put at least 1 star. THANKFULLY I can now right a negative review. We got married last June, June of 2014. One year and 4 mo. ago, I was waiting to write a review until we were completely settled and I finally had my pictures. Like Jennifer, I too had to convince my fiancée to use them. I was referred by one person and Glena was a lot less expensive than the photog’s in Buffalo/​Clarence area, so I went for it. WORST MISTAKE. PAY THE EXTRA $ 1,500 and go with someone else! I booked with HIM and his DAUGHTER a year in advance, they said for sure it would be those two, the best two photog’s. I paid them off months in advance. One month before my wedding, his daughter calls to tell me that her and her husband are divorcing, told me ALL the details that were not necessary, and that she would not be 1 of my photog’s. Okay, fine. WELL, 3 days before my wedding Bruce then calls and says he too will not be attending my wedding but will send 2 great photog’s in his place. I should not have settled for that but was trying not to stress 3 days before. The two girls show up, very nice, but they took ALL the same pics, just different angles and they did not even notice the other one was in the background or if my dress was not fixed, NO attention to detail! They ask for a list of who you want photographed for family photo’s, they did not get 2 set’s of my grandparents! The girls at one point in the night had handed the camera off to someone else bc i went through all my 3,000 un edited photo’s (could have instantly cut out half of them) and noticed there were pics of my PHOTOG“S DANCING! Had pics the next day, great! Dropped them off to me and asked for a review. Desperate much? It took me weeks to go through 3,000 photo’s and honestly half of them were completely unnecessary. Example, 50 photo’s of my brother in law TALKING to a guest. 75 of our one set of friends standing there. See my point? Here come’s the worse part. After I decided that I needed to talk to them about it, Bruce said he would look into all of this and get back to me in a week. Two wks went by, I call he asks for another week, 2 more wks went by. About 2 mo later, he was refusing to do anything so I took them to small claims court after several chances of them trying to at least ACT like they cared. nope. We settled outside of court but it did not end there. We still needed to select certain photo’s to be edited/​printed, I live out of state, so I was going to send my mom in to explain to them what I wanted done bc Glena said they did not know what even needed to be edited. You are the photog and you can’t see that a car needs to be edited out of the bkground and that the pic should be brighter? So my mom called to set up an appt with them, the one employee threatened my mom to call the cops if she showed up at their house and that I (the bride) flew in for the wedding so I can fly in again to pic out the pics. Needless to say, that was the last convo we had with them and worked with their lawyer. It still took 7 months to get my prints. They did a crappy job with the prints and had them re do them again. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!

I would agree with Joe S. with a rating of 0. I was sucked in with the fake personalities also, as per Mandy N. I had to convince my fiancée to use them and I am sorry I did now. We hired them with the dj being his son in law. We saw his work, we loved it. The pictures they showed us were great that they took. The guaranteed 2 photographers for the wedding, either him and his daughter, or him and his wife. Needless to say, his daughter divorced the son in law, told us the gruesome details of why and got very personal. We were not allowed out of the contract and did not meet the dj we would have until one week before the wedding. We insisted we wanted interaction from the dj. We gave them the list of music and how we wanted the entrance done (humorously), the father daughter dance (humorously) and taking the garter off my husband had talked to them about a special surprise for me. Let’s put it this way, there was no humor, no one could hear the music, and the dj sat down the entire night. They almost forgot to get pictures of us cutting the cake. I asked specifically for pictures of certain members of the family and did not get them. My picture with my parents was horrendous. The photographers were the dj and his daughter because I made a stink about having two photographers. Bruce, the owner, got nasty with my fiancée at our final meeting when my fiancée told him we had not received the type of service we had told them we wanted. They «forgot» our appointments at our house. And then they dropped the flash drive for the pictures at our house late at night by leaving them on the windowsill. Bruce came to my reception specifically to ask me for a good review of them. REALLY??? I gave a negative review on weddingwire and they disputed it. Because they want everyone to believe they are great. Honestly, I could show you pictures of us with equipment in the background, it was so unprofessional. BEWARE of Glena Photography and DJ.
