Super slow. Waited 10 minutes just to order in the drive thru. When I went up to the first window to pay the worker gave me a minute hourglass. I’m thinking good they are going to speed things up! But no, I got to the window with that thing empty. The second lady looked at it took it and handed me a bag without any napkins. All that time and she didn’t add napkins. What is the point of timing yourself? I know it’s the country but dang… Nuggets need napkins too.

First thing, drive thru stated there was no Caramel Mocha coffee. You could get either Caramel or Mocha but not Caramel Mocha. Then we proceed to drive thru where they made a Caramel Mocha Frappé… mind you it was supposed to be a coffee. Once coffee is corrected, it is given to us with a clear bubble top and a straw. Who uses a straw for hot coffee? Food was cold and nuggets were hard. Will NEVER come here again, if it was the last McDonald’s on earth!

I work right around the corner. I am fed up… I will drive the extra distance from now on. This location is absolutely the worst. I traveled the country for 10 years and never have I seen a McDonalds like this one. Every time the order is always wrong, or like others have mentioned… they don’t have what you want. Just today I ordered a Big Mac meal with no pickles. What did I get? A big Mac with a dbl cheese burger bottom bun in the middle, not the traditional middle bun. Not a big deal if there was no pickles. This thing was stacked with pickles. Then the kid at the register got all pissy like it was my fault when the receipt taped to the box clearly says«no pickles». Avoid it, order delivery, do anything but put yourself through the hassle of this place.

I ordered six chicken biscuits, 3 orders of hashbrowns and 2 breakfast burritos. I got 5 biscuits, 2 orders of hashbrowns and none of the breakfast burritos. But I have 20 packs of mild sauce. Eh… Not shocking.

Service is almost always horrible at this location. Though I’ve heard others’complaints about this place, I tried to give them a chance. Though they’re the closest to my house, I refuse to patronize them after today. Train your staff on customer service and just maybe you’ll do better… take a page out of the Chick-fil-A book!

I have given this store the benefit of the doubt for too long. The store has been opened since July 1st, 2010. Since it has opened my orders have been incorrect from time to time. The past three times(including today 2÷19÷11) they have been badly wrong. I will no longer be a loyal customer of this store. The manager was helpful and did offer to give me the corrected order in addition to my refund. I refused it because I didn’t want to be a moocher. I would have paid if I wanted it but I was tired of being there.
