This place is 100 percent better than it was and all because of the new manager we have. He cares and sees that things get done right. Some times things get a little hectic with a new employee they are training but a manager will step in and get it done right. It’s a pleasure to eat here now.

I haven’t been to Hardees in over 15 years and I don’t have to come for another 15. The food was a horrible horrible but it wasn’t even good it was mediocre at its best the customer service wasn’t good they really need to develop in that area they also need more cashiers at the front, the manager was too busy walking around laughing and gossiping I give this place a C–

Kind of the same issue each time through drive through. This morning I came through and ordered the monster breakfast biscuit combo with an orange juice. Same as every Friday. Came to the window where the women asked, «Are you the one with eggs on the side?» I said no. There had only been one car ahead of me and one behind. No worries, I gave her my order a second time. She said great. Charged by 6 bucks and some change and handed me my order with an orange juice. Open the bag, I have a chicken biscuit combo, large sized. Mistakes happen, but this literally has become the case every Friday. That’s enough… I’m done. 4 times in a row.

I’m back to watching my calories and carbohydrates, and in doing so, have re-added Hardee’s to my «I need a meal in a pinch» list. Hardee’s is the only fast food option that has a real lettuce wrapped burger on their menu. The burger is a 1/3lb patty(includes cheese, if wanted), topped with consistently fresh tomatoes, red onions, whatever traditional condiments you want, and wrapped in big iceberg lettuce leaves. While other fastfood joints will serve you a burger sans bun, Hardee’s is the only one that wraps it entirely in lettuce, making it actually possible to pick up and eat with your hands, no knife and fork required. This option is actually on the menu too(look for the«Low Carb Burger» on the bottom right), so you don’t have to explain your order to a confused cashier. They always know exactly what you’re talking about. While it’s not a regular indulgence, it’s nice to know I can consistently pick up a meal on the road for less than 400 calories, less than five grams of carbs, and less than four bucks.
