Came into the store at 5:45 to mail a package that needed to be mailed that day and there was an Asian lady and a older white man working there that said they already shut there computers down for the day so they could not make a label. They said to come back tomorrow but I was unable to because I was leaving on a trip, I ended up going to the ups store off of kettlemen and they got it done quick and easy

Great location, helpful staff, clean and open, which makes for a happy shopping/​shipping environment.
I went in to mail a package, and after I already walked out, I realized that I had forgotten to add something to the box. I went back in and asked if I could add it and he was very helpful and nice and added it in with no problem. Very welcoming and ready to do what it takes to make the customer happy.
