This is good American Chinese food. Fresh ingredients prepared well. I will come back here.

Had not been to this place since prior ownership. Wow, they stepped their game up. They are not buffet style anymore, which is nice so you know it is fresh instead of sitting for hours like prior owner. The orange chicken was probably the best I have ever had. Tender, not gristly, not too much oil in the batter and the sauce is amazing. Will definitely be back. Customer service was great too. The gentlemen taking orders was very enthusiastic and friendly.

Just left Sky Wok with our lunch in tow. We ordered a combo and a side of garlic chicken. The combo(pork fried rice, Mongolian beef and kung pao chicken.) Not bad, but very greasy. The garlic chicken was horrible. The pieces were enormous, 3 drumsticks were the size of a small turkey, 2 thighs were equally as large. This is not normal. Apparently they get the cheapest chicken money can buy. Some of the drumsticks legs were broken before being fried. We tossed all the chicken in the trash and we will not be back

I haven’t really found any Chinese places in Lodi since I moved here(10 years ago), that I felt had really good food, and prices… Until I found this place a few months ago! Really affordable, great service, and awesome Chinese food! The staff are always super friendly, and their service is really quick, no matter how busy they are!

I absolutely love how they are open on Sunday’s because a lot of Chinese food places in Lodi are closed. They have great won ton soup and egg flower soup. I would definitely recommend trying those soups since it is starting to be soup season.

I have eaten here quite a few times and each time is consistently delicious. The owner is super-friendly and very proud that the food they make is fresh and MSG-free. I asked for my Spareribs in Black Bean Sauce to be made without bell peppers and he said no problem, everything is made fresh. I love the Tomato Beef! It was a dish I’d never tried, but it was so good! It was made with fresh Roma-type tomatoes and the sauce had a smokey flavor. This last time I ordered Green Beans with Shrimp; the beans were fresh and al dente and the sauce was yummy. Don’t expect a lot of fancy ambiance. It’s a plain-Jane establishment with about a half-dozen tables and a couple of counters to sit at. There’s a t.v., but no cable, just antennae. Skywok offers both fountain drinks(Coke) and cans of soda(both Coke and Pepsi products). The prices are perfect. Three friends and I ordered food to go, without drinks, for less than $ 25.

Exactly what you would expect in a chinese place. Mediocre food loaded up with MSG. Love it here.

I am sooooooo picky when it comes to Chinese food. At least I really think I am. I walked into this place kind of sketched out but a man inside greeted me so warmly, and loudly haha! They are very friendly here. And super clean! I’ve had the orange chicken, it’s very flavorful but kind of dry. Their fried rice is decent, their chow mein is actually one of my favorites, it’s the perfect size noodle and great in flavor. The prices are awesome here as well!!! Sometimes you get what you pay for though, I don’t recommend any beef dishes to be honest, the beef is very gray, kind of weirds me out. But the chicken and pork is fine. Their meat is rarely fatty/gristley. And their sweet and sour is by far my favorite in town. Not to mention, they totally pack the food in I typically can share a meal for one with someone else and I’m a pretty big eater.

The portion size is way bigger than it should be for the price and the food is really good. We were excited when the business changed owners and name. The quality of the food sky-rocketed and the staff is very friendly and wanting to please you. The dining and bathrooms are very clean. This is a great place to grab a family dinner to take home.

This has been my go-to Chinese food joint for several months. While the new owner kept the menu from the previous iteration of Sky Wok, the real stuff, the food the owner is passionate about, and what you must try is written on the dry erase boards below the original menu board, and on the flyers posted in front of where the deli trays used to sit. I reccomend their house chicken, the hunan chicken, and the hong kong stlye chow mein. But really, everything is great.

My husband is picking up food as I type. It will be our first experience eating their food. I ordered a 3 item combo with chow mein. Shrimp with green beans, mushroom chicken, and Mongolian beef. I hope it’s good. I am picky as far as Chinese food goes, lol! I’ll tk. photos and write a review when the food arrives. Be looking for it! hahaa!

Been coming here from about 3 years. Saw it change from China Wok to Sky Wok. Still yummy. The food is made to order, not set out like Panda Express. Their broccoli beef and green bean beef is the man. Good prices with very fair portions!

Huge portions, we always have leftovers! & it doesn’t hurt that they are right around the corner from my house. Very nice new owners! Would recommend to anyone looking for yummy Chinese food! Beef fried rice is a must everytime! Mongolian beef & orange chicken mmmmmm

Came here for the first time today. Staff is friendly and attentive. They had a good selection of options and the prices were reasonable. You can get a meal special for under $ 6 and it was a good amount of food. I got take out but waited inside; the restaurant is clean with a TV to watch while waiting. The crab rangoon was surprisingly good. My chicken Katsu and order of spring rolls were average and the honey walnut shrimp was yummy, but the bbq short ribs were not very good. After tip it only cost $ 40 for a dinner for 3 people which is pretty good in my book. We will be back.

Absolutely the best Chinese food ever! The Schezwan Chicken tasted like it was carmelized! The fried rice was also cooked in the wok and it was DELICIOUS! and don’t get me started on the Orange Chicken! SOMUCHFLAVOR! Big portions too! I used to think Yen Ching was the best, and they’ll still have a place in my heart, but the food here is superb. Great customer service too. I might have them cater my wedding too! Went here for the first time today and I’ll definitely be coming back! Yes, this is a legitimate review. I know, it’s hard to believe, but go there and try the food for yourself and tell me I’m a liar!

I came here for lunch one Saturday when I was Lodi running some errands. It was moderately busy for such a small place. Busy is a good sign in my book. The place was very clean with a bright and fresh décor. We had the Mongolian beef and egg foo young which were great. The egg foo young was perfectly cooked. One of my pet peeves at other restaurants is when the vegetables are severely overcooked or undercooked. These were just right. The Mongolian beef was great. It was spicy as it should be, but not hot to where it’s uncomfortably hot. Great flavor and the onions were cooked perfectly. None of that Americanized Mongolian beef with the sweet goopy sauce here. Mongolian beef is supposed to be spicy like this one –not sweet like the other places. I’m really looking forward to coming back here to try some of there other dishes. There is only so much I can eat in one sitting.
