My refrigerator was broken, so I asked a friend who to call. He recommended someone from this company. The guy came out to my home right away and was super friendly. He fixed the seal on my fridge door and said that might work, but if it didn’t call him back. Well, it didn’t work. My fridge still isn’t working, and I have left multiple messages on his voicemail as well as the company’s main phone number. I have received no response. Not a call back in two weeks. They have lost my business.

Years ago I took my microwave in. It would come on but not heat. After having it a week I was told it would be $ 180 to fix. I decided to replace it instead. They were happy to keep my broken unit. I thought I might take it to someone else and ended up taking it home. A quick search on
gave me a hint at what might be the problem. Sure enough burnt on food on the small metal plate on the inside had burnt a hole through the protective paint. I covered the spot with strapping tape as recommended for its fiberglass content. Microvawe worked perfectly for another two years. This place was sketchy, over priced, and I don’t think they ever found the problem for which they wanted to charge $ 180…and then there is the eagerness to keep my broken but new looking Microwave. I would advise against this place.
