My dryer stopped working I called Reo’s brad was so nice and honest! he came out and looked at my dryer and was so helpful he replaced the Motor in 15 min and to top it off it is Christmas Eve!

Our microwave unexpectedly died, although it was 14 years old so it wasn’t like we didn’t get a lot of use out of it. We went to Reo’s for the new one, found a great one for a competitive price. Will definitely go back for our next appliance.

Went to Reo’s to buy a new dishwasher. Craig was very informative and honest. Was patient in explaining the differences and gave objective reviews of various features. Felt no pressure to buy and he did not try to upsell me. Prices were very competitive against the big box stores on the mid to high range products, which was what I wanted. Settled for a mid range white whirlpool. They installed it the next day and left no mess.
Additional plus: a plastic toddler spoon was accidentally melted into the coils because i didn’t put it in properly. Called up Reo’s and asked for advice. Brad called me back the same day and helped resolve the issue.
Would I go back for future purchases: yes

Love this locally owned small business. I’ve gone in expecting prices to be higher than the local big chain stores, but was pleasantly surprised. Plus they actually knew what they were talking about, personally delivered it and hauled away my old one for free!!!
I’ll be going back again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I called in and made an appointment to have my washing machine looked at. I explained the problem and I was told it was a really common and quick to fix problem, he even suggested if I want to purchase the parts that it was a pretty easy fix for a handy person. I said no thanks and he came out a few days later. Brad the owner was at my house exactly on time, fixed it and was done within 15 minutes and my 10 year old washer is back up and running. Excellent service. Thank you
