great coffees, great location, tons of parking, not a real healthy choice, great customer service

Cool looking McDonald’s that’s for sure.
I drove into the drive-​thru and I was the only car. I ordered 3 McChickens, a McDouble, and 3 Apple Pies for my family and I. Even though I was the only car in the Drive-​thru, I was in the car for 10 minutes, which is awfully long for Drive-​Thru fast food. Food was a-​ok, it’s McDonald’s what else can you expect?

Dining area is nice and clean, bathroom is filthy though…:(
I usually get the jalapeño double which has a nice kick and taste to it.

If you enjoy hot fresh fries and tasty mc chicken sandwiches stop here. Overall clean restaurant with clean restrooms and friendly service.

Waited ridiculous amount of time in drive thru. The last two times erased my order in the screen and then gets my order wrong! And then didn’t even give me full fries!

I go here once a few months and everytime I’m utterly disappointed. I do live a block away and just want a plain cheese burger (nothing special) so I’ll drive over. It never fails to be a bad choose since my order is always wrong.
Whet tonight and my order was wrong as usual, but to boot, when I was handed my ice tea the gentlemen asked me if I wanted a straw?! Humm… no, I’ll just stick my tongue in the hole. Sheesh. At least I got a laugh.

Very slow service!!! Need to hire more workers!!!

Never had my order be right! We always order cheeseburger, no cheese. And when we get it, it always has cheese and then I have to argue with them because they always try and tell me that they gave me the correct thing. Obviously not.
Also had the girl tell me she couldn’t break my $ 100 bill, had to ask her to get the manager to get change for it. I shouldn’t have to have asked. It just should have been done. Employee here are lazy. Also, It’s tiring to have all the homeless outside asking for everything. 2, 3, 4 homeless men in the drive through, waiting for you at the door, etc. Why is protecting patrons never a priority to these large corporations?

This location is close to my girlfriends house and the look of it is different than any other McDonald’s I’ve ever seen! It’s s classic look which is really cool! We ordered and the lady taking our order was very nice she entered what we wanted differently in a way that it would come out cheaper what was awesome and our food was quick the fries were hot and crispy! Overall it was a good meal

A bunch of inbreds work here. Every single time I come here they mess up my order. How hard is it to not add pickles? Or better yet to put everything I ordered in the bag not just half the stuff. And I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take 20mins to give me my stuff it’s not like it’s a 5 star restaurant were the food takes longer to cook. I guess they are too busy chatting to each other.

I’m giving this place one star because we found a large piece of plastic in my daughter’s hamburger. We were told it was part of the plastic wrapping from the cheese block (the manager showed us). My daughter is traumatized and refuses to eat hamburgers now. At least they refunded my money and apologized.

My first time here tonight, I came with my family.
We just got back from the Farmers market a block away and needed a drink.
First thing that stood out is this is an old style McDonald’s on the outside. Pretty cool, in my opinion. On the inside is up to date and pretty clean.
The front register girl Samantha was excellent. Service with a smile and she stays smiling. All we ordered was ice tea, Iced coffee and water. There was a lot of people coming and going.
What I liked was crew member Tara running around and keeping the place clean. I didn’t eat any food only got drinks. Next time I’m in town, I’ll stop by again.

McDonalds is good, but when I go through the drive through I order ice cream. Then I say chocolate covered and most of the time they ignored me. And even sometimes they don’t even give me the ice cream. Or whenever I get anything else they don’t do it corectly.

Customer service is okay depends who it is. McDonalds is McDonalds what is there more to say…

Best McDonald’s in Lodi. Fresh food. Clean restaurant. Great staff.

This is the worst McDonalds Drive Tru in town! You will not get BBQ Sauce, Ketchup, or pretty much anything else you asked for, oh and by the way your regular coke will be diet (or vice versa)

It’s your standard McD’s. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. The place is clean enough, although the last time I was there the restrooms were iffy. I go there when it’s convenient. Nothin good or bad to say.

Aw! Why not? There’s a special 2 Big Mac’s for $ 4… that’s a pretty good reason to try McDonald’s today. Two national fast food chains in a row… must be a trend.
If I had my druthers (and since the kids are grown) I’d frequent Jack in the Box or Carl’s Jr over McDonald’s anyday. But since there’s a sale on Big Mac’s… might as well sit down and do a review…
Big Mac’s — they just get smaller and smaller and smaller every time I frequent McDonald’s! (**)
Fries — the worst fries of any national fast food chain… fried to a crisp… excessive amounts of salt (*) National chain with worst fries than McDonald’s: In ‘N Out.
Coffee — I’ve read that to some people McDonald’s Coffee is better than Starbuck’s. Amazing, but true! I wouldn’t go to Starbuck’s, mainly because the price is so high. But McDonald’s is just selling plain brewed Coffee, folks! That’s all it is! If you want this Coffee, stay home and just add an extra couple spoonfuls of Coffee in your coffee maker. What I didn’t like about my Coffee order — the cashier asked me how many sugars and creams I wanted in my coffee — I said three of each. Instead of leaving packs of sugar and vials of cream on my plate… McDonald’s actually mixed it for me. That saves money for McDonald’s in terms of waste… but what if I change my mind? (***) Can’t give their Coffee more than 3 stars because I make just as good Coffee by staying HOME!
