Modern Optometric Eye Care

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely the rudest staff you will ever experience. I took my son for an exam. We waited for about 30 mins while the receptionist violated numerous hiipa laws while on the phone verifying a patients info with insurance. They took my son back and after 10 mins or so he came back out. They didn’t say anything, zero communication at all. They started helping other patients. After 20 mins of looking at glasses (wondering if my kid even needed them) we stood at the desk and asked if he was done. The receptionist got extremely rude with me and said the doctor put drops in his eyes, I asked my son and he said she didn’t. The receptionist argued with me then went off to ask the doctor. She in fact did NOT put drops in his eyes. After an hour of them figuring out which end was up, they took him back to finish the exam. Absolutely ridiculous! We will never be back to this horrible office.
