This is the only subway i go to in Lodi. They are very friendly, and show high level of customer service. Food is great, and always fresh.

I love Sub Way and have been a patron for as long as I can remember. I don’t know if they all operate the same but I notice that when they ask«for here or to go? «is couse they charge .50 cents if you eat their! So if you want to keep this money in your pocket say«to go» or better yet just don’t eat at Sub Way in Lodi! Don’t think price should change if you eat at their establishment. Talk about nickel and dime … Shame on you Sub Way Lodi!!! The employees are alway very nice. I think it’s just he owners trying to squeeze every penny out of you

I love this Subway! It is close to my house and I go here enough to be recognized by the staff. The staff is always very friendly and have conversations not only with me, but all the customers that come in. Even if I am on the other side of town at the time, I will still drive all the way over to this one just for the service.

I arrived early on my way out of town and was pleasantly surprised by the delightful customer service. The lady working that morning(last Tuesday) was so sweet, not only to me but to many«regulars» who came in while I was there. I ordered the breakfast flat bread with egg whites, spinach and pepper jack… yum! The sandwich is filling but still low in calories. A great protein packed way to start the day.

Worst subway ever. Rude staff, and sloppy sandwiches with hardly any toppings literally like 4 olives this really made us stop eating subway. We can make better at home. I really wish I took a picture!

B.Y.O.O. Bring Your Own Olives. This is the only Subway I have ever been to that has a 6 olive per foot long policy. Apparently it’s a thing. To be fair they will put«extra» olives on if you ask but i would recommend just about any other subway over this one for that reason.

I work close by, so purchasing a healthier sandwich from this location should be ideal. Unfortunately, I have stopped coming to this particular store because of freshness issues. The last two times that I purchased a turkey sandwich, the turkey was nearly spoiled with a very strong taste. I discussed this issue with the server the first time, and was told that the older meat usually goes to the top of the pile. He then dug deeply into the container and grabbed some fresh turkey. Perfect. The next time that I went in and ordered a turkey sandwich, the meat was again uneatable. I now go out of my way to purchase Subway on Lockeford Street.

Overall I did not feel welcomed and the staff members were really rude, I came in to get some sandwiches and right when I walked in the door there was no friendly greeting or a nice hello, instead I get ‚” What do you want?” The person helping me looked like they were annoyed and didn’t want to be there. I felt uncomfortable, it was not a friendly atmosphere.

I have been here some 30 times since my last review and I am still giving it 5STARS! I have gone to other Subways including the one in Brawley Ca. and this one is by far the most professional and best value sandwich. Thank you Subway of 420 E. Kettleman… see ya again soon! Side note: All Subways are not the same. The owner of this one believes in premier customer service and a big sandwich.

This Subway is only getting 4 stars. I love Subway. I went in on this visit to buy a gift card. When it was my turn to order, I told the girl I wanted a gift card and she asked how much, I told her $ 5. She scoffed at me and questioned the amount. This was slightly embarassing. She rang me up, I paid, and left. The store was clean and the other person working was friendly. Also, I wasn’t able to check in here on my mobile app.
