The worst subway I have ever been to. The customer service sucks. I dread coming to this one every time I have to because it’s close to home. Today the two guys working were arguing back and forth in front of me and other customers about whether or not they can serve breakfast sandwiches now. I had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwiches multiple times. They’re always out of bread. It’s honestly just a horrible group that works here. Service is slow also probably because they don’t listen and we have to repeat what we want on sandwiches. And I understand if someone blurts out a lot. But saying lettuce cucumber. Salt pepper oil and vinegar isn’t much to remember. Then to have to repeat salt and pepper because he didn’t hear. And then to remind him of the oil and vinegar. I already don’t like subway as it is but am forced to go here because of my spouse and this location just makes me hate subway so much more.

The food and lady who made my sandwich was very friendly. I literally just was in there. But while I was eating in the dining area another worker was sweeping the floors very roughly pulling chairs out while people are eating and sweeping the dirt, dust and old food on the floor was just being flung in the air while people were eating!!! Gross! I asked for a to go bag to eat in my car and as I was leaving she asked a customer who was eating if she could move the table she was at so she could sweep?! What?! Thats horrible food service. And gross.

The first time I went here they didn’t have my bread and it turned out they didn’t have my second choice of bread either. The second time I went here was 30 minutes after they opened and their door was locked and the girl wouldn’t unlock it, so I just went somewhere else and never came back. Every other Subway in Lodi is good. The friendliest is on Lodi Avenue.

The gentleman Jarrett did an amazing job, wonderful customer service and he answered all the questions we had. The food good nothing to rave about but tasty. I would definitely come back as long as Bön appétit is not open.

I have been going to this place often since I have been here working in lodi. The people are really friendly and they make an awesome sandwich. I am in sales and customer service is a huge factor for me, the employees that work there go above and beyond what I would have expected in a SubWay chain.

I went to this subway with my sister and right when we walked in, one of the employees greeted us nicely. She was working on a called in order I believe and the other one was helping her and the one that was helping her told us «what can I get started for you? «and I said it’ll just be a moment so we were comparing prices and I went to get my coupons in the car and my sister stayed and then she heard the lady told her co worker that was working on the call in order to let her know when we are ready because she had stuff to do which made her feel like a bother. Then i came back and told her I wanted this coupon which was the buy any 6inch sub and any drink and get one for greater or equal value free and she was only making one 6 inch sub I thought she was going to ask later what I wanted for the other 6 inch sub but she didn’t and then she was getting ready to ring up the order and since my sister also ordered the same thing she thought we were both together going to share a coupon which we showed both of the coupons to her so we each had 1 in the beginning of our order so then she yells at me and says«that’s why I asked you if you wanted more sandwiches? «and I don’t remember answering her question and If i did I probably thought she meant any more sandwiches other than the ones that come with the coupon. So I was explaining to her what I wanted and how it’s two separate orders and she finally understood me and I understood her and I apologize for the confusion that we caused and she doesn’t say anything back! How rude is that! & I was even planning on eating there but not anymore after her attitude and rudeness! I just took it home and ate it but the bread didn’t taste or look fresh, everything else was good in the sandwiches.

This subway is terrible. The customer service is horrible and they are so skimpy with the toppings. Also, their bread never seems fresh and it is always hard. Lots of improvement or training needed.

Very nice new Subway Restaurant. Great customer service. They weren’t at all stingy with meats or veggies. I had breakfast for dinner and they stop serving breakfast at 11 a.m. Since they had everything to prepare breakfast it was no problem. My daughter had her usual tuna sandwich and my husband the philly steak sandwich. They loved their meals also.

New Store in Reynolds Ranch. No major complaints. The person ahead of me slowed things down because she couldn’t make a decision on what she wanted or didn’t want on her sandwich. When trying to get to work on time and someone else is delaying your order, you tend to lose your objectiveness.
