Domino’s Pizza

Been going here since they opened and haven’t had a bad experience until recently. This dominos is losing it, they have screwed up my last 3 orders. Next time I will drive to Stockton. Unless the staff gets their shit together then I will give a better review

I absolutely LOVE this place… my FAVE is the thin cracker crust style and I love using the app… it’s so easy and quick and then you can watch the progress and pretty much know when they’re pulling up to your door… service is ALWAYS quick & fantastic… NEVER disappointed!!! Luv’n it!!!

Love the new crust! Delivery is always quick & with great services. It’s awesome that you can order & track it’s progress ask the way to your door.

Sorry dominos! Gawd people ~ be very aware that on their commercial they use cardboard or something to make it look like you can hold up a firm piece of pizza and easy to take a bite — NOT SO!!! Soggy soggy soggy w every ingredient including the cheese just slide off the piece off the soggy limp dough. Ordered 2 lg specials for a party & so embarrassing!!! I let all 9 local people know EXACTLY where NOT to get a pizza! Everyone agreed! Never again!!!

Ordered dominos for the 3^rd time since they opened today and I am so impressed. They are very fast, my pizzas have been arriving hot, fresh and delicious. Delivery persons are always professional and kind. I’ve ordered from other local pizza places and have never been this satisfied. Especially for the price I pay. Also i see people complain about not having enough toppings, you can ask for extra and they WILL give it to you for a little extra. Just a tip.

I have gotten food 5 times from this place for takeout and delivery. Every Time I get our order. It’s hot, fresh and tastes great. Not to mention great prices and help.

I dont even want to give it a star at all. Worst experience ever. I ordered online, placed for Lodi and as delivery. My pizza order went to Stockton and as a pick up… I called Lodi store and phone number on website was wrong. So I called Stockton branch. They gave me same number, I called a total of three times and went to a residential number. I talked to manager at Stockton location (ABRAHAM) who tried to help solve puzzle for me, he gave them managements number to call me, I never got a call from Lodi store, never got my pizza I ordered. I had to call and cancel. Worst customer experience and horrible service.

I did a deliver order on a Friday for a extra large Brooklyn style. The delivery service was fast and the driver was less than stellar. The driver did not have crushed red pepper. I even called ahead to the store to make sure the driver would have them with them. He did not.
He looked puzzled when I asked for exact changed back. No tip for not following basic instructions. Now here is the reason for the one star review. The pizza had a total of maybe 13 slices of salami. If I wanted this type of quality pizza I would of purchased a frozen store pizza and even they have more slices of salami then mine did.
The store owner always states that we are still new and working out all the bugs. But they have been opened 2 months and still can’t get there stuff together. I will stick with RIcks for a local choice and if it’s a chain it will be Round Table. Dominos failed once in lodi and with the quality they have now I’m sure it won’t be around long the second time.

Very nice new location! The employees are super friendly and energetic. They greet you at the door and are quick to clean up anything that needs cleaning. We’ve called in our order for pick up twice and have been very happy with the phone etiquette and especially with the quality of the pizzas. There is an option to eat at the restaurant also but we haven’t done that yet. We also haven’t called for delivery. I hope this business makes it and welcome them!

not sure why so many people are bashing dominos. I had a large order… 2 pizzas, bread, wings, and desert and it was fantastic! Got to watch online as Amanda made my order which was in the oven within 6 minutes and Manuel delivered it within 30. No complaints at all everything was excellent.

I had seen Domino’s move into the location of the old Mr. Pickle. One Facebook group I am on, people were saying they were having problems getting orders correct. I figured it was new, and so I gave them sometime to workout the bugs. I waited two weeks and went by.
I thought what they heck we would give them a try. I called ahead so I would not have to sit and wait for a long time. When I arrived they were just getting things ready to travel. They wanted me to pay right away, but I told them I would like to «see» what I ordered first. They showed it to me, and asked them to confirm what I had ordered. They looked at the order ticket, and you guessed it, it was not right and so I did not pay. They told me they would remake it correctly (per the order slip in front of him). I told them no thank you and left.
I did offer one star for my time because the food smelled good, and there was no lower rating.

Same old Domino’s-style pizza… just in a new building. My wife picked up a pepperoni pie tonight, just to see if the restaurant had changed its quality in all the years that we have avoided their pizza products.
Verdict? The pie was doughy and tasteless, even with cheese sprinkled over it. My darling served me two slices, but I managed to down only one.
I must compliment Domino’s on remaining in business for decades, which is less a reflection of the firm’s quality and more the lack of taste of most of the American dining public.

I’ve ordered from them about five times now between home and work had phenomenal service every time! They are timely and my orders are always correct! The guy flipping the sign during the week is awesome! Such A happy positive soul he makes you smile just driving by!

As someone who uses and values Unilocal,I get a little upset when I log on to an establishment like this and see lots of 5 star ratings. You may be exited that there is finally something in this space, you might even really like their pizza but some of us would like to be able to take a Unilocal rating at face value and not have to read through every review.
This is a pizza place, but they have taken pizza out of the name (attempt at an image change maybe) and now serve sandwiches, pastas and desserts in addition to pizza. Came here on Friday night for take out and the place was busy. I am excited to see a new business doing well. It helps that they seem to be open a little later than most places in town because in Lodi it’s hard to find anything open after 10.
Now, lets be honest about the food. The sandwich and pizza were barely average. When the best part of your pizza is the crust, there is definitely room for improvement. We ordered 3 pizzas and the one with olives on it we didn’t even finish because of an odd taste.
Perhaps when this location is more established I will give it another try, but to those of you reading this and reviewing in the future, please remember to be as transparent as possible with your reviews. After all, if you’re writing them for yourself, then you’re on here for the wrong reasons.

So my first visit to this business and the new location, still employees with no customer service skills, poor training and lack of knowledge of the business.
I ordered a sandwich and a bread bowl pasta, my pasta came out in a bowl but not a bread bowl and the cashier wanted to argue with me and question what I ordered even though she was the one who took my order.
If you can’t train your employees to be respectful and great with customers your business will fail. I won’t return to this location because there is no reason to be treated with disrespect and made to feel that the mistake is my fault.
In the end I had to wait about 45mins for my order.
Terrible service.

Had dominos for the first time last night. Pizza was pretty good, not as good as Ricks or Woodbridge, on par with Pizza Hut. Service was great and the store was very nice and clean. I will be coming back.

Pizza was burnt but very good !!! Our stuffed cheese bread was AWSOME !!! Our driver was 10 mins late. It’s AWSOME to have a delivery pizza this late!!! The employee on the phone was so nice and we are glad you in town!!!

I haven’t had dominos pizza in about 15 years so having one open in Lodi was great news. I’ve been waiting all week to try it and I used my one weekly diet cheat meal. I was super impressed and it didn’t taste like a chain restaurant pizza at all. Great flavor, crust and ingredients. I really liked the fact that they use sliced Italian sausage instead of ground up meat like most places. They’re also open really late (midnight and 1am on weekends) which is awesome. My only complaint is the parking is scarce so good luck with that. They also have a gluten free crust.

Finally a great use of this space. There have been so many failed establishments here. I think this is finally the location that will be successful here. They’ve made it look so much more spacious than it was as the other restaurants…
Very friendly staff. Lots of options of food items to choose from. Pizzas, Oven-​Baked Sandwiches, bread bowl pasta and several sides including Wings, Breadsticks, sweet desserts (chocolate dipped cookies, Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes)
We had the Cheeseburger Pizza, Parmesan Bread Bites and the Chocolate Lava Crunchy Cakes… All of which were very good…
