We love this place. The Auhi Tuna rolls and Cobb salad is simply delicious. We’ve tried the Clam Chowder, Pasta and Steak and everything has been really good. Great service too. It’s a bit more upscale dining so we go on special occasion and we’ve never left disappointed.

Need to change up the menu more but the half chicken and baby spinach salad are so good. That’s the only salad I ever crave.

Elements is a restaurant that seems to think it is better than it actually is just because it has higher priced food and a «luxury» dining experience. The food here is fine, but anymore I only go when I can get a deal. Their burger Thursday’s is a great example. I can get a good burger(always the Elements Killer Burger) and fries for like $ 10. I am usually not a fan of bleu cheese, but it is very subtle in this burger. A couple months ago at my work they ordered us lunch at Elements only to have a 30 minute pickup time told to us that turned out to be about an hour and half. And on top of that, they gave us only 3 out of 6 entrees ordered. This is after paying for our meal. Overall, it is over-priced food mixed with poor service. Not my cup of tea.

Do not go here with more than 2 people and I’m not even sure that will work. We went here with 12 people from work at 5pm and 2 hours in we have barely had our salads delivered and had to beg for a second round of drinks. The waiter keeps telling us… I have so many to serve which is totally unacceptable. Be warned. This will take us all evening.

aside from the server having attitude, i waited 25 minutes to be brought the meal, at which point the bun on my burger was very soggy and my friends pasta was dry and stale. all around an unappealing and unsatisfactory dining experience.

Filet Trio(filet mignon) which came with salad or soup and house bread. Salad — mixed green with egg, bacon. Good portion. Dressing(vinaigrette) a bit too sweet. 3⁄5. Filet mignon — 3 different type of sauces. No blue cheese. I just don’t like cheese so not their fault. Meat quality — medium rare. Too perfect! Very tender and juicy sitting on smash sweet potato. Portion size — VERY generous. I can’t finish the meat. Atmosphere — nice with the fireplace. Service — Superb! Joseph knows his menu and gave good suggestion. Thank you. Price — so reasonable. I think it’s cheap for what I had.

Got here close to closing time on a Monday. Ordered a filet with buttermilk mashed potatoes. Menu stated there was winter potatoe and chefs potatoe of the day but the waiter said they are the same. Got the spinach salad with raisins, pecans, Apple and Gorgonzola. It was a barge portion but it was big spinach leaves with long stms so kind of clunky to eat. Tasted fresh though. Bread was not warm. Some kind of herb garnish on the top that was not that great. My service was good but two tables near me had to ask did their waiter to come back.

Their food is good, but their service is THEWORST in town. This place would be top notch if they trained their staff to SERVE and be prompt like servers are suppose to be!!!

Oh Elements. You did better this time(my food was cooked to appropriate temp and not incinerated) but you still seem to hate people who want to order a drink. Why, oh why, do you have a bar if you can’t stock all needed ingredients and cheerfully serve people who just want a well prepared cocktail before dinner. Still not worth the effort for what the hype leads one to believe. Exercise caution and go in with tempered expectations. It looks good on the surface but they don’t have their act together.

The prices can be in the higher range but if you go at lunch, you get a better deal. I love the whole atmosphere there. I’ve sat in the bar, in the back room, by the fireplace & in just the main dining area. Of course I loved the fireplace, but there is seriously not a bad seat in the restaurant. Be sure to order the chocolate soufflé upon arriving because it takes a bit to make. I’d order a nice glass of red wine to enhance the flavor, my favorite thing there!!!

Overpriced and mediocre. I’ve been here multiple times for lunch and dinner with friends and family, and also for work-related meals. I have usually found the food overpriced and unexceptional. It’s like a Utah attempt at what was really hip in Cali in 1987. The service was also spotty. Basic foods like the baked chicken are fine(though overpriced) but things go wobbly the more elaborate they get. It’s too bad, because the décor is nice, and in summer the patio by the Logan River is quite pleasant. The death knell for me was a couple years ago, when I got together after work with a group of friends to have drinks and appetizers for my birthday. We had a round of drinks and appetizers, and tried to order a second round of the same. The waiter told us that we would each have to order an entrée to order a second drink. Not true, and to her credit the manager confirmed as much when we complained. I realize liquor laws in UT are Byzantine, but this was a waiter working in the BARAREA at a relatively pricey restaurant attached to a hotel with lots of out of state guests. Decent wait staff training is not too much to ask for. Lessons learned: 1. If you want to drop plenty of $$$ for dinner in Logan, don’t. Hop in your car and do it in SLC or Park City. 2. Don’t celebrate milestone birthdays in Cache Valley. 3. Don’t eat at Elements.

I have yet to be disappointed. Pricey for the valley, but pretty close to worth what you pay. The fire roasted tenderloin is/was amazing. We get the Gaufrette potatoes just about every time. Everything is prepared and cooked well. Everything I’ve tried seems really fresh and flavorful.

Elements promises but does not deliver. The ambiance ranges from nice to downright lovely(by the river in the summer). The food is generally OK but the service is beyond horrific, especially if you want to order anything with alcohol. It’s Logan of the early 2000s in there. Wait staff have no clue what some drinks are or even how to open a bottle of wine. This is curious in a place with a fairly decent selection of drinks. The redeeming quality? Taco Tuesday. The tacos are great and go wonderfully with their beers which don’t require much from the servers. **This review does not extend to the terrific little bar inside Elements where the drinks are fantastic, the wait staff there are knowledgeable, and the service is relatively fast. I don’t go to the restaurant any more. Even job candidates go to the bar with me. It’s a cozier version of Elements with good service!**

Had a get together with family. We haven’t had everyone together for a while and wanted to go somewhere nice. Had several problems with the service, but the food was tasty, albeit a but expensive. I’m from California so I am okay with price if the food is great. The food was okay. Service was the major issue tonight. My Pepsi literally had something in it that was not«soda». That was bad. The bread was not delivered until after the salads and soup. Even then I had to ask for it. They were cheap on the number of butters in the dish for out table of 7. We had to ask for more. When I used the bathroom they were completely out of paper towels(get a hand dryer folks, at least have an alternative). When I went to the front desk to mention it, the guy told me it would be a few minutes. I asked him what I should dry my hands on and he gave me a look like I was bothering him and he didn’t give a … Then I informed him I would use a napkin from one of the unused tables(no response). Not wanting go make my brother feel bad about selecting this place I kept my mouth shut when I returned to the table. When my oldest brother got up to go to the bathroom, I suggested he bring his napkin with him. My other brother chuckled and shared that he had went to the front desk after he couldn’t find hand towels or paper towels either. That was several minutes before I went. I laughed and told him that I had done the same. Food: Good, not outstanding. Nice presentation, flavor fair. Service: Bad I guess when you have one of only two«nice restaurants in town, you don’t have to take as good care of customers as they do in California because when people have choices, they would not choose to come back here. Time for someone to open something else and steal the cash flow from this business as apparently, they don’t value customers money. I guess people in Cache Valley have money to burn.

Elements is my go to celebration location in Logan, Utah. Here is my favorites: — Steak Gorgonzola Pasta — this pasta is the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and a slight kick of blue cheese(Gorgonzola is a special blue cheese in case you didn’t know) — The clam chowder soup is delectable probably my favorite of anywhere I’ve ever had it. Dip some of the provided bread in it for additional happiness. — let’s not forget the flavored and frozen lemonades. Trust me, add one to your meal. It will complete the package. If you can’t tell, Elements really hit the spot last night!

This is one of the few fancier restaurants in Logan, but I’m not sure why. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The atmosphere was ambient and romantic, but I found myself picking at the butternut squash ravioli I ordered. One plus is that if you go on Valentine’s Day, they have a rose waiting for the woman which is a very nice touch.

We didn’t feel like this restaurant was truly fine dining. Don’t get me wrong, the food was amazing! But for the price we paid for dinner you would think they could afford real menus… not paper. I ordered the blackberry italian soda with one refill and the waitress allowed me to try another flavor which was nice of her. The calamari appetizer was delicious. It has just the right amount of heat and sweet taste mixture. For my entrée I had the salmon kamikaze with garlic mashed potatoes. I wasn’t very impressed. There was alot of garnish on top of it for decoration. It was pretty but could have tasted better. My husband ordered the filet trio and loved every bite.

This place has a lovely patio and nice interior ambiance(although the floor was filthy underneath the booth I sat at the last time) but the food is just average. I suppose it gets glowing reviews taking the lack of competition into account, and I do think the prices are good. The mixed drinks are decent if small. But the salads are completely drenched in dressing(so much so the greens become wilted), the pastas overcooked, and nothing else stands out as particularly exciting. The desserts are even«meh.» The wait staff seem inexperienced. I will be back, though, because where else can you go out to dinner?

The Elements is my go-to for special occasions. I’ve ordered 5 – 6 different items on the menu and have always been impressed. The Monday night pizza deal is a bargain and has me coming back over and over again.

I want to like this place. The atmosphere is elegant, the view beautiful, and the service is excellent. The food, however, sucks. I ordered their one salmon dish. It looks elegant, beautiful even, but the flavor is mediocre at best. The salmon was bland & overcooked and the voluminous trimmings on which the fish was placed overpower it greatly and taste awkward and poorly matched. The macaroni & cheese I ordered to go for the wife lacked flavor and was *astonishingly* oily. When half of the order was scooped into a bowl, no less than 4(four!) tablespoons of oil had to be spooned out. There was so much oil after removal that it gave my wife an upset stomach — twice. The clam chowder had good texture and flavor, but was extremely salty. My wife agreed, and she uses a salt rinse daily after her recent dental surgery. Elements reminds me of «The Bridge» in nearby Pocatello, ID – they want to be a fancy restaurant but aren’t quite sure how to do so.
