Great place, feels like you’re in Park City. Faves include the Reuben and any of their omelets. Can get a little crowded for lunch or the weekends.

I’m surprised I’ve never reviewed the«oh so famous Herms Inn» before! I’ve been here plenty of times, mostly because I live with 9 other Basic White Girls who love breakfast foods. Let me start with the downside: ITISSOBUSY. All the time. Everyday. Everywhere you go. And you can’t call ahead to reserve a table — you have to go an hour earlier than you were planning to actually eat. So bring a snack as to not whither away and die while you wait and hope the Ladies Bookclub leaves soon so you can have their table. The upside: the food is incredible. Honestly, it’s just tasty taste. I’m really good at ordering the breakfast burrito or omelet because it comes with a side of their delicious skillet potatoes. The décor is fun and bustling, it makes you feel like you’re playing a part in a movie in New York. at least I’m assuming, I’ve actually never been to New York. TIPS&TRICKS: * They are well known for their $ 5 Cinnamon Swirl Pancake, and it is delightful! But trust me, you’ll only need one for a party of 6 as a «dessert». * Get their Mac and Cheese as a side, you will not regret it. Even if it’s breakfast time, no, ESPECIALLY if it’s breakfast time. It changes everyday, but the one I had was Bacon and Green Pea Mac & Cheese. Wow. It was heaven-sent. * Ask for a side of their homemade jam to go with any toast you might get, it’s just like your grandma would make it.

My only complaint is that they’re not open later! I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I’ve eaten here, both breakfast and lunch. It’s usually pretty crowded due to popular demand, which can make finding a place to park kind of tricky. But overall, an excellent experience. Food is amazing, service is great, atmosphere is pleasant. I wish Logan had more places like this to offer!

Really good. I got the Corned Beef Hash and my husband got the Avocado California Burger. Both really tasty. The corned beef was flavored well and not from a can. The potatoes were savory and the burger was juicy. It’s nice to drive up to eat on a summer day on the way up the canyon.

Herms has consistently great food and the servings are so large that I rarely have finished a plate, but I feel like service is a hit and miss. I have had some great servers who are extremely attentive, even on those busy Saturdays and Sundays, and I have had a weekday server who took our order and delivered the food in «waves» as other reviewers have described with some items delivered cold(a pancake shouldn’t be cold) and we never got even one refill on our empty drinks. All the breakfast skillets are awesome — they know how to cook their skillet potatoes. I also like the chicken and biscuits, as well as the cuban sandwich. Seriously, I have never had a bad dish here. I just come ready to chow down. Overall, I enjoy Herms and I suggest you go there for the unique atmosphere at the very least.

Excellent service, great food. The daily mac and cheese special makes for a special trip every time. My last few visits have had my food a little overcooked but nothing too terrible. Try the pancakes or mac and cheese, you won’t regret it.

Love this place, food is so fresh and delicious. Service is good too. Orders do take a little time but are worth the wait.

We were celebrating a birthday, so 7 of us decided to stop by for brunch. We arrived at 11:00am on as Saturday and the place was packed. The host told us it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. We decided to stay because we had a gift certificate we wanted to use and some of our group drove from out of town. We were seated in about an hour. Because it was so busy it seemed a bit slow on the service. When the food finally came, was very good. The servers were friendly and helpful. We did run into a couple of problems. Our food didn’t come out together. It came out in 4 waves. From the first delivery to the last was about 5 minutes. Most of the table was nearing completion when the last plate came out. This was quite disappointing. Also, a couple of the orders were not as we had requested. They were minor issues so we decided to not bother the waiter. Considering how long it took to get our food the first time, we didn’t want to return it to the kitchen. As we left I asked it it was always this busy on Saturday. They said that it was a bit busier today, but that there is always a wait on Saturday morning. I asked about calling ahead to get on the waiting list and they said that they didn’t do that anymore because of problems that it had caused. I enjoyed the food. The restaurant is very nice. The servers were attentive. I would go back, but I don’t think I will go on a Saturday again.

My first, and definitely not last, visit here. Great servers. Delicious food. Beautiful setting. All thumbs up. They would be the best dinner restaurant too if they were open later. Lucky locals to have this place.

This place is a nice restaurant, perfect for breakfast or brunch. I had the chicken and biscuits as did my wife and we ordered a cinnamon swirl pancake that turned out to be the size of a manhole cover… slight exaggeration, but it was huge. Our meal was delicious and the service was super friendly. The coffee cup was never left beyond half filled because they constantly returned to ensure it was topped off. If you are in the mood for a good meal, a hearty meal consisting of comfort food of quality ingredients, I highly recommend visiting this place. We are definitely returning next time we are visiting Logan. Thank you for the good service!

We stopped in on a Sunday morning for brunch. The wait was long, which we expected, but worth it. The décor is cool, the service was awesome and our food was really, really good. We don’t live nearby but we visit once a year or so and we will stop here every time!

One of the top two Breakfast Dinner I have ever ate at. The food all made from scratch and the dinner inn has that old school feel. From the Jar drinking glasses to the classic dinner menu. The 16 inch Pancake with cream cheese cinnamon swirl is amazing for a group. If you go to Logan this place is a must.

In my humble opinion this is one of the best restaurants in cache valley. My biggest complain is they are not open for dinner. Perfect location for a business meeting. Just ask for wifi and they will hook you up. Eggs Florentine will knock you socks off!

Great place for someone looking for a unique/local spot to grab breakfast or lunch. Good food — awesome atmosphere. Herms is one of those places that gets better the more you go. Having been to Herms many times, it’s slowly become my favorite place for breakfast and one of my favorites for lunch in Logan. A few of my preferred items include the Mexican skillet, Eye Opener Breakfast, the Baja Burger, Tuna Melt, and the Turkey Avocado sandwich. Differentiated by its old renovated gas station building, comfortable ambiance, and exceptional reputation, Herms is emerging as Logan’s favorite breakfast joint.

Really great brunch spot. Very cute Pinterest-y décor, colorful ingredients, and cheerful, speedy service. The cinnamon roll was face-sized but fresh and covered in a massive dollop of gooey cream cheese frosting. The menu was surprisingly varied, from a cookies-and-cream pancake special to a Greek skillet and beyond with options for any palette.

I ama fan of Herm’s Inn! This rating is purely based on their pancakes and cinnamon rolls. continuing my hunt for the best flapjacks in Utah, I finally got to come to Herm’s to try their cinnamon swirl pancake. I ordered the 16′ family size cinnamon swirl and like so often before, my server doubted my eating skills. This thing was pretty massive, Im not gonna lie i was bait intimidated when it came out on a pizza pan cut into pizza slices(which made it convenient for me to eat). I finished it on my own though like a trooper! It was delicious! One of the best pancakes I’ve had in the state of Utah for sure. The actual flapjack was really fluffy and thick, though a little more dry than I like but thats okay because it was topped with cinnamon sugar and cream cheese frosting. The cream cheese frosting was fantastic because it wasn’t so sweet as it was a little bitter cream cheese tasting which i really enjoyed. The frosting on the cinnamon roll was similar. We got just early enough on a Sunday morning right before the crowds showed up so we didn’t have much a wait. The price you pay for how much food you get is unbelievable!!! If you’re in Logan, you gotta go to Herm’s! Great food, fantastic atmosphere, friendly and prompt service, all for an unbelievable price!
